Hey guys! I'm late but I'm posting anyway! I hope everyone had a nice day. I'm ashamed to post this menu but I'm being honest. B~ 1/4 C. Kay, How can you live on that, girl? That isn't enough food. (waggles the Mommy finger) I had: B~ 1/2 bagel with peanut butter L~ 1/2 Roast Beef sandwich on whole wheat and a small apple D~ Steak, Knish and Peas S~ Chedder Cheese Vitamins: done Fluids: 75 oz Exercise: Walked 2 miles at a craft show Not my best day but not too crappy either. I'm sorry Mommy!!! I was out all day and just didn't get anything. I have been doing so good with my protein this week and today I blew it big time. Tomorrow I'll do much better. Kay

First of all, I thank you for your honesty about the menu. I know when I do poorly I feel alone, so to see somone else have a less then perfect day is a bit comforting. We all need to know we are not alone. Here is what I had: B: Pure Protein Bar L: Chicken Verde w/ rf cheese, Soy Chips D: Protein Latte TOTALS Cals 717 Fat 29 Carbs 45 Protein 76 Good night, and thanks to everyone who continues to post their menu. Thanks Mary! I appreciate you posting as well. Don't feel alone when you don't have the best eating days. None of us are perfect. If we had the perfect eating habits, we wouldn't of needed wls. Kay

Hi all! I'm posting a day late, but yesterday I was busy and then I was in bed by 9 p.m.! And I even got to sleep in a bit today because of the time change. Here's what I had: B- 1 Kashi waffle, 2 turkey sausage links S- 5 baked cheese curls, 2 Vienna cookies (was with my niece and nephew) L- salad w/ balsamic vinigrette drsg, 2 oz. naked buffalo chicken chunks, 1 chicken nugget D- some baked chicken and salad w/ bacon drsg. S- bad choice but I had 1/2 large cookie over 2 hrs., some FF pringles...i couldn't get to sleep, but I'll do better today. Have a good one! April
