Hi everyone! I am determined to be under 200 as soon as possible and found that when I posted my menu in the am, I followed it better. I know there are some out there who want to do the B2B, so hop on board, we can do it!!!!! This AM I was 208- that is what happens when you celebrate with nachos at 10 pm This is my planned menu: Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with 1 oz shrimp and cheese Snack: Protein Shake Lunch: Tuna with sweet pickles and cheese and a few slices of avocado Snack: 1 oz cheese Dinner: Tuna again Snack: made some pudding with protein last night Totals: (Cals/Fat/Carb/Protein) 1051/43/54/111 Water: Shooting for 150 to push out the retention from the salt last night Vitamins: Check! Exercise: Work at Jack tonight... shopping for Halloween party tomorrow Who's with me!? Jaci

I always....well almost always plan out my menu for the day each morning. I put it up on fitday and then I can tweek it before I start the day. So On the Menu today is: Breakfast: 3/4 Lowfat Cottage Cheese & 1/2C Grapes Lunch: Quaker Weightsmart Cinnamon Oatmeal (it was early after the doctor today) Snack: 1C Hoods CCC Milk & 1 scoop Isopure Dutch Chocolate Dinner: 4oz Macadamia Crusted Halibut, 1/2C Mashed Potatoes andd 4 Asparagus Spears Snack 1ox raw almonds Calories -980 Fat - 39 Carbs -75 Protien - 92 I found a new flavored water at my local grocer that is wonderful and I've been "guzzeling" it The cerry and the lemon are my favorites. It is slightly carbanated but nothing like the Diet Doctor Pepper I used to drink. Really good!

It's called "Clear". No calories, no sugar, no nothing. I bought it at Dominics with is a Safeway store but they also had the same thing at Jewel with is an Albertson's Don't know if you have those chains in Jersey?

Nopers...but if I cannot find it by me, I will ask my Mom to check at her Albertsons in FL and she can bring it with her for Thanksgiving! Thanks for the tip...I love trying new products... Have a great day!

Count me in! I have been bad today in the fact that I have eaten hardly anything. Breakfast: 1/2 egg, 1/2 Sausage patty, 1/4 english muffin Lunch: 2 T spinach dip, 4 wheat thins, 6 tortilla chips Dinner:? Water: 52 oz so far, Exercise? Totals: 300/18/25/10 BAD, BAD, BAD Leeanne

Planning your menu is the best thing to do. When I plan my menu, I eat better. If I just kinda go with the flow, I grab the least healthiest choices. Good luck with getting back on track.
