B2B Continuation Day 1
All I can say is ugh! This morning was going sooooo well! I got up, planned my menu, all was great. Went to school, found out it was a trumpet sectional in class and the tubas weren't needed... so decided to go to the Vitamin Shoppe for power crunch bars. Well at school I like slammed into a curb to keep from being hit by someone and by the time I got the VS, Petunia (my PT Cruiser) had 2 flat tires on the passenger side! BOTH needed to be replaced! ACK! So I call AAA and get everyhting going and in the mean time all day I've strayed from my menu- lack of time to prepare, need of comfort food. I now know a trigger and can at least work on it, right? So tomorrow's a new day!!!!
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with 1 oz shrimp and cheese
Lunch: Starbucks latte and pumpkin loaf
Snack: Power Crunch Bar
Dinner: Protein Shake
Snack: Latte and three cookies from Subway
