Hello Ladies How is everyone today? I cant complain. I went to the hospital with Steph this morning then to target. The rest of the day I spent at home doing homework and watching tv. My menu~ B~ 4 orange pb crackers.. this was the best thing in the vending machine at the hospital. S~ Protein shake L~ Salad w/ plain tuna, cucumbers, carrots, cheese and lite olive oil dressing. D~ Baked fish and 1/4 c. broccoli & cheese S~ Protein hot chocolate My totals.. Cal: 603 Fat: 15 Carbs: 29 Protein: 89 Vitamins: on track Water: 50 oz Exercise: umm, shopping? I don't know what's wrong with me, I wanna eat everything!!!! I have snacked on bagel bites all day and my cals are sky high. Back on the wagon tomorrow!!! B- 2 egg omelet and cheese S- egg, cheese and ham at Jack (basically Breakfast Jack w/o bun) L- Special K Protein Bar - not bad! S- Protein Shake, Bowl of cereal! ACK! D- I dunno.... probably limit myself to a spoonful of peanutbutter..... Cals: 1363 Fat: 46 Carbs: 121 Protein: 113 Vitamins: Check Water: 60 for no Exercise: Work at Jack in the AM

Hi all. I went to see my trainer this morning after work. Then....I slept! Here's what I had today: 12 a.m.- 10 turkey pepperoni, 1 oz. FF mozzarella cheese, some croutons over salad 3:30 a.m.- carb & sugar control yogurt, 1 oz. RF cheese 6 a.m.- Luna Bar...chocolate pecan pie...yum! 10:30 a.m.- protein coffee 6 p.m.- 2 oz. meatloaf w/gravy, 1/4 c. sliced garlic potatoes, 1/4 c. peas n carrots I'll have some CoJack cheese for a snack tonight Exercise: met w/trainer Vitamins: have to take my calcium Fluids: 94 oz.
