Chris: I think that is exactly what I am going to do! I hope it keeps working! I normally lose weight sooooo slowly and doing this twice this month really helped! I want to keep doing it fairly religiously for another 22 lbs. So, again, I hope it keeps on keepin' on! Have you started losing again after the B2B? I know you were struggling... Have a GREAT day! Jersey, I have been going through the exact same thing. I realized a long time ago that I have no will power. I am fine during the week but on the weekend when I am at parties, brunches, weddings, soccer games... I can't control myself. So I decided that I would "allow" myself the screw-ups at "events". Unfortunately it seems that there are more and more events. I feel like I have wasted the last three months of weight loss with all of my B.S. I know that if I had stuck to the program I would be at my goal by now. My 1 year anniversary is Jan 4th and I know that gives me a little over two months to get my **** together and lose 25 Lbs. But... how do I get through Halloween,Thanksgiving,Hannuka,Christmas,New Years and all the "events" that go along with it and still lose 25 Lbs?????????????? Also you have to remember that I am in real estate so through all of these holidays the mortgage, tiltle and home warranty companies are dropping of candy filled baskets, cookies, muffins and any other kind of crap you can imagine at my office!!!! God help me!!!

Man, Valerie... I FEEL your pain! I do my absolute best to NOT surround myself with any kind of snacks or sweets. I just would not trust myself. So to be surrounded by all that stuff against your will must be a nightmare! I am so sorry! And I, too, feel as though I wasted time during the last several months. I should definitely have reached goal by now, too. But we can't change the past, right? Let's just focus on the future and stay really committed to losing those last 20+ lbs (you are I are pretty much in the same exact boat with what we still want to lose!). I have a friend who had WLS in March of last year. She is a year and a half out and still has 20 lbs to lose, herself...so at least we are a little ahead of the game, right? Just try to keep your eye on the prize, Val!! And just say no! Hee hee Best of luck to you, Chickie! Jersey
