Howdy peeps! How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Other than going grocery shopping and going to the post office, I stayed home all day out of the cold! My menu B~ Protein shake L~ turkey, ham , cheese, lettuce and ff mayo wraped in a wheat low carb wrap & 1 pickle spear. I found these wraps at walmart today. Only 7 carbs and 4 protein. S~ Diet hot chocolate w/ 1/2 scoop of protein D~ Grilled turkey burger (no bun) topped with lettuce, cheese, onions and ff mayo Protein: 85 Vitamins: on track Water: 44 oz so far Exercise: none Have a good night, Kay

Still not back up to par, haven't eaten tons today. B: 1 egg and 1/4 c chili S: protein coffee L: 1/2 c rotisserie chicken, beans and rice (all mixed up, 1/2 c total) S: handful of trail mix and 1 vial liquid protein S: popcorn at ball game D: Meat/bean soup and 1/4 c mexican cornbread w/ meat vitamins: done water: 96 oz. exercise: 15 minutes on bike and 100 sit-ups Karla 337/201/150

I thought Norma was posting for you today, so I posted my menu there. If anyone wanted to take a peek. I did okay today except for the extra handful of chips when I woke up from my nap. April

Cool, I will post my menu in the am the following day! I know people should post more this will give me atleast some accountability for what I put in my mouth.
