L: 1/2 c rotisserie chicken, beans and rice (all mixed up, 1/2 c total)
S: handful of trail mix and 1 vial liquid protein
S: popcorn at ball game
D: Meat/bean soup and 1/4 c mexican cornbread w/ meat
vitamins: done
water: 96 oz.
exercise: 15 minutes on bike and 100 sit-ups
