I was training a co-worker and went into hiding for a little bit but I am back! S-slim fast cookie dough bar s-colby jack cheese b-nectar protein l-southbeach diet southwest chix wrap d-nectar protein b-eggs, scrambled mcdonald's exercise walk 1.3 miles vitamins-check water-check fitday totals~ cals~1200 fat~44 carbs~72 protein~139 the good bad and ugly have a great day! Good to be back! Missed you all!

Hey Norma. Good to see you again. You look great! Here's what I had today: B- Atkins shake S- protein hot chocolate L- bologna and cheese on slice of wheat bread, 3 cucumber slices w/drsg, some FF chips D- mini meatloaf, some rice, some carrots and peas S- i'll have some cottage cheese and strawberries tonight Exercise- 1 hr. w/ trainer Vitamins- need my calcium! Fluids- 48 oz. so far On my way to work! April
