Hey Norma. Good to see you again. You look great! Here's what I had today:
B- Atkins shake
S- protein hot chocolate
L- bologna and cheese on slice of wheat bread, 3 cucumber slices w/drsg, some FF chips
D- mini meatloaf, some rice, some carrots and peas
S- i'll have some cottage cheese and strawberries tonight
Exercise- 1 hr. w/ trainer
Vitamins- need my calcium!
Fluids- 48 oz. so far
On my way to work!
