Happy Surgiversary!
Happy Surgiversary to all 123ers!! Can't believe it's been 9 months already. So far I'm down a total of 112 lbs. I weighed in at 171.5 this morning. I'm happy where I'm at now, but I'd like to lose maybe another 10 lbs. If it happens....great. If it doesn't....great. Congrats to all the 123ers today! Job well done!

Right back at you girl! I didn't even realize it was our surgiversary until I saw your post! I am down a total of 146 pounds, however I started 6 months before surgery with my weight loss, so only 109 since January. I hope to lose another 30, I am hovering around 169-170 now. I know I can do it, and you will definitely drop your last 10 pounds, no problem! Lookin great girl!

Hi 123'ers!
I came here today especially to say Happy Surgiversary to you. I was weighing in at 178 for a loss of 112lbs but then started taking some medications last Thursday and I think that is what has caused a gain of 3lbs. So, I officially logged 181 as my weight today for my 9 month weigh in....but that could be water or...? Not sure and I don't really care, to be honest.
I'm a size small/medium and my 8's are getting more loose, particularly in the waist. I workout nearly every day still at the same or increase intensity and feel great. If I didn't lose another pound, that would be great but I'm still aiming for 150 as an ultimate goal by April 27th (my 40th birthday). I realize plastic surgery will take off some weight too. I don't know, I'm just "playing it by ear".
I wanted to mention....if you are prone to UTIs (urinary tract infections) be sure to get 1 gram of vitamin C a day to keep the acidic level in your body increased. I have had constant issues for a few months and have talked to a GP who is also a urologist and he has told me WLS patients have this issue often...I had never heard of it before, so I thought I'd mention it.
Keep up the great work, 123ers!
