Hello Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good but really cold. Today has been a typical slow Monday. After school, I unpacked from the weekend, cleaned my apt. and did homework. Nothing too exciting. I hope everyone had a great day. My menu B~ Nothing.. I was running late L~ 1 egg scrambled w/ ham D~ Baked fish and salad w/ cheese, cucumbers, croutons hb egg and lite ranch S~ Protein shake Protein: 65 Vitamins: on track Exercise: none Water: 52 oz so far Good night, Kay

Hi Kay. Today was surely freezing! I went to STEP class this morning, picked my friend up from the airport then came home and laid around all day. Today was a ho hum day! Here's what I had: B- Kashi cereal w/ 8 oz. RF CC milk, few bites of banana S- protein iced coffee 36g protein L- salad w/ 8 turkey pepperoni, 1 oz. FF mozzarella cheese some FF italian drsg and croutons S- 1 oz. cheese, 5 RF Ritz, some peanut butter D- most of 1 chicken leg quarter, about 1/4 c. broccoli and cheese Probably have a NSA Blue bunny bar tonight. Exercise: 45 mins. STEP class Vitamins: done Fluids: 92 oz. April

Sounds like you had a busy day, Kay. I feel like crap today. Had meetings at work all day, a super scratchy throat, and a lot of drainage, which made me up my lunch - I had to get out and run out of my last meeting to do it. That was great. I'm home for the night and skipping my athletic boosters meeting to rest. Maybe tomorrow will be better. B: 1 scrambled egg and 1 piece turkey sausage S: protein coffee latte L: cashew almond chicken S: a few SF frosted pecans, SB WW crackers, and a little chicken salad, then later SF mocha coffee D: tomato soup, since I feel bad - food isn't going down very well today vitamins: done water: 88 oz. so far exercise: 100 sit-ups and 20 minutes on my bike Karla 337/201/150

Ok, it's that time of the month and I have wanted something sweet all day. Well I finally gave in! I'm adding 5 mini SF chocolate chip cookies to my menu Now I'm going to bed!

For the last few nights everytime I went to go online the server was down. I am so glad its working tonight. Today I had: b: 1/2 cup oatmeal s: beef jerky l: 1 & 1/2 meatball 1/2 of a roll s: beef jerky s: 1/2 package hot peanuts d: 1/2 pork chop & 1/4 cup brown rice Ok on water and vits drinking my protien now.
