How's everyone today? I'm good. I spent the day shopping with my mom and daughter. Now were home just relaxing for the rest of the evening.
My menu~
B~ Nothing.. I slept through it.
L~ 2 Ham and cheese roll up's
S~ 4 oz Choc. CC w/ 1/2 scoop of protein
D~ 1 Taco and 1/4 C. refried beans sprinkled w/ cheese
S~ Protein shake
Vitamins: on track
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: 1 mile walk

Hi Kay. Sounds like you had a good day. I went to kickboxing this morning then just hung around the house the rest of the day. It's been really windy here. Here's what I had today:
B- 1 Ka**** grain waffle w/margarine and SF syrup, 2 turkey sausage patties
S- protein coffee w/cinnamon vanilla creamer...yum
L- leftovers from last night's soul food meal
D- crockpot chicken w/cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. brown rice, 1/4 cup green beans
S- 1/2 c. cottage cheese, sliced strawberries...tastes like strawberries n cream
Exercise: 1 hr at kickboxing
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 76 so far...i need some Dunkin Donuts iced coffee before I go to work!

Hi, I too had a good day....I plan on shopping tomorrow so I am sure tomorrow will be better for me...

L~ 1/2 Corned beef and cheese sandwish....Mostly just the meat and cheese...
S~2 small beanut butter pretzels....
D~ 1/2 slice pizza and 1 chicken wing...

This is a day late, but I was shopping all day for Christmas yesterday and then at the football game until late last night.
On the menu:
B: Sausage crustless quiche
S: Protein coffee latte
L: cashew and almond chicken w/ a little brown rice
S: SF frosted pecans
D: chicken salad w/ SB WW crackers, then some popcorn at ballgame
S: 1/4 c protein pudding and a few bites chicken salad
vitamins: done
water: 96 oz.
exercise: 30 minutes on bike, then 100 sit-ups

Good Early Saturday Morning Kay ha! I wasn't online last night so I'm posting this morning...
Breakfast: 2 pieces of chicken- like the smallest wing and leg ever! he he
Snack: Chocolate Milk with protein (2 scoops protein, SF hershey's syrup)
Lunch: Tuna
Snack: I was starving! Got 2 protein cookies
Dinner: Tuna
Snack: like 3 fork fulls of spaghetti (not in my totals)

Vitamins: Check!
Exercise: work at LB
