April, I buy low carb pancake mix (called Big Train pancake mix) from bariatriceating.com I'm weird, I add chopped up spam to add protein. The mix has some protein, plus you add egg to it. They make great spam cakes. I also buy Steel's SF syrup from their sight, which is wonderful and thick. Karla

I have the mix, but I haven't used it yet. I remember seeing it on here where you use protein powder to make the pancakes. I'll be using the Big Train soon though! They look pretty good, and I have the Steele's SF syrup...it's good! April
