How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I'm in Charleston, SC visiting my parents and daughter. I'll be here until Sunday.

My menu~
B~ Protein Shake
L~ 1/2 a Grilled chicken wrap from Subway
D~ 1 Taco, 1/4 C. refried beans and few bites of mexican rice
S~ Protein Shake
Vitmains. Behind but I'll catch up
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: 1 mile walk

S: Protein coffee latte (Jen's recipe - I liked it!)
B: Sausage crustless quiche
S: Protein coffee latte (w/ only 1/2 scoop protein this time)
L: Low Carb chicken enchiladas
S: SF frosted pecans
D: some SB whole wheat crackers and chicken salad
vitamins: done
water: 104 oz.
exercise: 30 minutes on bike and 100 situps

Hey all. It's been gloomy here all day today but at least it didn't rain. Me, my boyfriend's mom, and his niece went out to lunch today and did some shopping. It was nice because I was starting to have a crappy day, but it got better. Me and my girls went out for our monthly dinner, and we went to this soul food restaurant. If anyone knows about soul food....it ain't healthy! But it tasted oh so good
!!! I'm gonna have to work extra hard at the gym tomorrow. Here's what I had:
B- ham and cheese omelet w/ toast
S- cookies and cream protein shake 38g protein
L- bologna and cheese on 1 slice of bread w/ LF mayo and mustard, 3 cucumber slices w/ LF drsg
S- some salad, some sausage chili...couldn't resist!
D- 1 pc. fried whiting fi**** was like heaven, some mac n cheese, about 1 tbsp green beans, 1 small cornbread muffin
I didn't get sick off of this meal...just full. I need to watch it before I turn this into a habit again

Exercise- 1 hr. w/ trainer
Vitamins- need to take my calcium
Fluids- 72 oz. by the end of the night

I had a great day today...I did some shopping and not much of anything else although I was "busy" all day..

S~4 pretzels with PB in them
D~2 pieces of chicken bites and some Spinach artichoke dip with tortillas...
S~protein drink...
All my water...
No vitamins and no exercise..

Hi Kay!! I hope you had fun with Ruben last night! Whoop whooop! My tummy was still upset today
But I did ok.... The Jay Robb Egg white proteins are NASTY! ICK, do NOT buy them he he.
B- Shake: Jay Robb Powder, milk, SF Hershey's Syrup...
L- Tuna- mayo, cheese, pickles and 3 slices avocado
S- Special K Protein cereal (was the yogurt, but the powder was GROSS!)
D- Tuna
Cals/Fat/Carb/Protein: 643/17/52/76
Vitamins: Check!
Water: 12 oz tea, 80 Water
Exercise: Work at Jack 2:30-10pm
I don't think I'll see any change for tomorrow... I just felt blah all day today.
