Back to Basics - Day 4
Good morning!
Here are my "official" (approximate) totals for yesterday...
Breakfast - One egg/cheddar cheese
Snack - Profect vial
Lunch - 3 oz. roast chicken
Snack - Profect vial
Dinner - 3 oz. filet mignon
Totals (Calories/Fat/Carb/Protein) = 784/36/3/109
Water = Check! Vitamins = Check! Exercise = Still not happening!
Here are my stats for today...
Day 1/Starting Weight - 187
Day 2 Weight - 186
Day 3 Weight - 184
Day 4 Weight - 183 - 10-lb Countdown to a Normal BMI! (I thought 174 was "Normal" for me but 173 is)
Breakfast - One egg/cheddar cheese
Snack - Profect vial
Lunch - 3 oz. roast chicken (one would think I would be sick of this, yes?)
Snack - Profect vial
Dinner - 3 oz. salmon sashimi
Totals (Calories/Fat/Carb/Protein) = 662/24/3/105
Water = About 30 oz. so far. Morning Vitamins = Check! Exercise = >:x

Hello fellow B2Bers, sorry I haven't been able to post the last couple of days. Well, I can't say that I've been perfect on this, but definitely much better than before. I'm going to try posting a planned menu in hopes it will keep me more on track. So here goes:
B: AchieveOne protein latte
S: string cheese
L: grilled chicken breast
S: Protein smoothie
D: peel & eat shrimp
S/D: low carb mini cheesecake
That should bring my totals to:
576cal/11fat/17carb/95 prot
I have been doing well on my water/liquids. And, I just bought a pill keeper things to take in my purse so I can do better with my vitamins. Exercise is going well. I'm hitting the gym at least every other day doing some awesome classes (cardio kickboxing, spinning, etc.).
I am, unfortunately, getting sick. I'm hoping it's not strep, which is going around here. My throat is sore, but not too bad yet, and I'm pretty congested. So, I'm hoping it's just a cold.
Well, need to get dressed and run some errands. I'll check back in later! Oh, and this is my day 3 and my starting weight was 145.6.

Uh oh...you are getting sick? I just got OVER strep and everyone and their mother had strep here, too! I hope you don't have it, either. It knocked me on my butt! I was out of work for three days!

Morning Jersey! Yesterday totally sucked for me
Carbs carbs carbs... for some reason with my menu I was soo hungry last night. PLUS FYI... don't drink 97 oz of water with a water additive in it he he... it really messes up your insides
So I tried eating toast to help my tummy last night and it did, but I ate it at like 11!
I had 1309 cals 37 Fat 123 Carb and 128 Protein... 120 oz Liquid
My tummy is better, but I sooo feel what the carbs did to me he he. I'm cool like that. So I'm making sure to only drink water (no crystal light) and back on track
Day 1: 217
Day 2: 216.4
Day 3: 211.8
Day 4: 212.6
Today's Planned Menu:
B- Shake: Jay Robb Powder, milk, SF Hershey's Syrup...
L- Tuna- mayo, cheese, pickles and 3 slices avocado
S- Protein Yogurt and cottage cheese: Jay Robb Powder, yogurt, CC.
D- Tuna
Cals/Fat/Carb/Protein: 743/16/46/104
Vitamins: Check!
Water: Just Got Up... nothing yet

The only water I can drink is. Fruit 2-0 with lemon..it also comes in strawberry and 2 other flavors...I can't think of what they are right now.. I usually only drink the lemon one. They are 0 cal/0 everything. Also Nestle pure lemon water.. which is made with splenda. Maybe this would help you guys also.
