Back to Basics - Day 3

Good morning! I have to say...being on this diet is a LOT easier with my husband away! So, for some reason, I am not suffering as much as last time. Then again, it is only Day 3. My totals for yesterday were incorrect because I had chicken again for dinner (I am very uninspired on this diet!). Here were the correct totals for yesterday... Breakfast - One egg/cheddar cheese Snack - Profect vial Lunch - 3 oz. roast chicken Snack - Profect vial Dinner - 3 oz. roast chicken Totals (Calories/Fat/Carb/Protein) = 697/25/3/111 Now for today... Day 1 Weight - 187 Day 2 Weight - 186 Day 3 Weight - 184 - WHOA - 10 lbs from a NORMAL BMI!! Breakfast - One egg/cheddar cheese Snack - Profect vial Lunch - 3 oz. roast chicken Snack - Profect vial Dinner - Not sure...maybe filet...I will have to post my final totals tonight or tomorrow. Oh...and I have been geting my vitamins and fluids in. Exercising is not happening right now. Hope everyone is doing wonderfully! Good luck to my fellow B2Bers! Hugs, Jersey

Youre doing so great! I cant related to this being easier when your dh is away. Since mine has been back he is bringing in tons of food that I never allowed in the house while he was gone. It makes it so hard to say NO. Thus I have been eating crap. I did stay on the plan yesterday! I shocked myself. Si I will try my hardest to stick with it today also. B: protein shake L: blackened fish S: jerky D: mahi mahi S: jerky Totals: Cal: 485, Fat: 7, Carbs: 17, Pro: 90 Vit: check, Water: check, Exercise: I plan on it......still early. hugs, kristi

You are doing sooo welll! Everytime the cookie monster calls my name I think of you and tell myself we're doing this together I don't want to sabotage her too! Day 1 Weight: 217 Day 2 Weight: 216.4 Day 3 Weight: 211.8 ( I weighed myself like 5 times!) I am doing great with the liquids and I happy to announce I'm taking my vitamins again! Yeah!!!!!!!!! Here's my planned menu: Breakfast: 2 eggs, bacon bits, cheese> omelette Snack: Protein shake, gonna try my new samples from Jay Robb Lunch: Tuna> tuna, mayo, pickles, cheese Snack: another concoction from Jay Robb he he Dinner: Tuna Snack: probably nothing lol! Cals/Fat/Carbs/Protein: 983/30/64/112 Love you! Jaci

I think its all the water I was holding onto from my carb and alchohol days he he.... we'll see what the scales says tomorrow I also weigh more than you still he he!

Regardless...I would still not mind dropping 5 lbs overnight! That has never happened to me! I hope the lbs stay away now that you are clean and sober! Hee hee... Hugs, Jersey

Hi Jersey, Updated total for yesterday Cals Fat Carb Prot 1025 24 68 127. I had part of a piece of pizza at my meeting last night. Today's plan BF & AM Snack - protein latte Lunch - Southern Pecan Chicken Snack - SF popsicle & String cheese Dinner - Southern Pecan Chicken Snack - SF popsicle & String cheese Am I in a rut? Totals for today ... Cals Fat Carb Prot 973 19 38 142 60+ oz in so far Vits good - out of thyroid med - need to get to pharmacy & pick up today. My metabolism goes nuts when I am not on it!
