Hello!!! How's everyone doing today? I'm good. The rain has not stopped since last night and it's freezing so I stayed home all day. I studied, worked on my scrapbook and put my halloween decorations up! I hope everyone had a good day! My menu~ B~ 1/4 C. Ham & Cheese eggbeaters L~ 1/2 a turkey club wrap from Arbys. D~ Last of the leftovers.. pork tenderloin, steamed cabbage and pinto beans S~ Protein shake Protein~ 73 grams Water: 26 oz so far.. I need to work on this. Vitamins: on track Exercise: nope Have a nice evening, Kay

Hi Kay!!! I'm at school freezing my bum off waiting for my orchestra class in 2 hours... ugh. I have done fairly well so far, crossing my fingers for when I get home! B- 2 eggs, bacon bits, cheese (made me a yummy omelette) S- Shake ( powder, SF Hersheys Syrup, 1/2 banana, 1 c milk) L- Tuna Salad (Mayo, tuna, pickles, cheese) D- The rest of the Tuna S- made protein frozen yogurt (vanilla powder, strawberry yogurt, 1/2 banana) I'll let you know on the tast of the yogurt lol, haven't had it yet since its only 4:30... working on lunch still! Cals/Fat/Carb/Protein: 974/39/68/89 Water: So far 40.9 oz Water, 12 oz hot tea... I have two water bottles in my backpack Vitamins: on Track Exercise: music playing Have a nice night Kay!!!!

Sorry it's raining and cold. I think our front was moving your way. On the menu: B: sliced ham and 1 oz. cheddar cheese L: 1 oz. steak and 1 oz. crab S: SF frosted pecans D: little bit of baked potato w/ 1/2 c chipped BBQ, cheese, sour cream and bacon bits and a little butter S: protein pudding vitamins: done water: 80 oz. so far exercise: 15 minutes on bike this morning, 100 sit-ups, and carried in 4 huge cases of water to my office this evening Karla 337/202/150

Hi all. It's been raining here too. It seems like it's just gotten harder and harder each hour! I had a good day, and now I'm just tired! Here's what I had: 12 a.m.- 1 chicken fritter w/cheese, some egg over salad and some lite hnoey mustard drsg...yummm 3:30 a.m.- protein hot chocolate 23g protein 7:00 a.m.- Luna Bar...chocolate peppermint stick and it tastes just like thin mint cookies! 11:00 a.m.- protein shake 44g protein 6 p.m.- 2 oz. chicken salad on LC WW bread Vitamins- working on 'em! Exercise- 1 hr. with trainer Fluids- 88 oz. April

I've been off the the program alot today, but it felt good for a change. I went to lunch with a friend and had the best manicotti that I've had in my life. I only ate a small portion of the pasta, but I ate all of the insides,,it was scrumptious!! I didn't have time to make anything for dinner, so hubby & I went to Panera bread. I had a bowl of cheddar broccoli soup with a bite of a french baguette. The soup was very good. So, here's the wrap up. B: powercrunch bar L: 3 manicottis--mostly the cheese filling, but some pasta too D: a bowl of cheddar broccoli soup and a bite of bread No snacks for obvious reasons... I skipped exercise today because I've been dizzy lately & just didn't feel up to it

Hi all, It was a raining mess this morning and this afternoon it was clear and hot. Hope everyones day was still good. My Menu: B---1 egg, 1/2c grits, 1 bacon slice S---nada L---1/2 chick sand (plain) S---nada D---chick wing, 1/4c okra I need to work on the exercise, protein, water, and vitamins

Well last weeks intense carb cravings are over... I started my period yesterday, that explained it. Anyway, here is what I had today: B: Protein Latte L: 1/2 C. LF Cottage Cheese, 1/2 C. Carb Peaches (I ate only about 75% of this) S: SBD Cinamon Rasin Protein Bar D: Insides of Lean Pocket Ultra, a few small bites of crust S: (this I mindlessly ate, which is terrible) 1 serving of Soy Crisps S: 1 small unfrosted cupcake, which was made with NSA apple sauce and no oil (I had to taste um to make sure they were ok, I made um) TOTALS Cals...874 Fat...27 Carbs...68 Protein...82 I would have been golden if I did not mindlessly eat those soy crisps. It was odd, I finished them and thought "omg, what did I just eat". Bad habbits die hard. The good news is I wasn't DYING for them like I was last week.

Liquid update!!!! 12 oz Hot Tea 48 oz Raspberry Tea Crystal Light 87.6 oz water with various additives 147.6 oz of liquid... I am floating to bed!
