What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?

Hi Kay!!! I'm at school freezing my bum off waiting for my orchestra class in 2 hours... ugh. I have done fairly well so far, crossing my fingers for when I get home!
B- 2 eggs, bacon bits, cheese (made me a yummy omelette)
S- Shake ( powder, SF Hersheys Syrup, 1/2 banana, 1 c milk)
L- Tuna Salad (Mayo, tuna, pickles, cheese)
D- The rest of the Tuna
S- made protein frozen yogurt (vanilla powder, strawberry yogurt, 1/2 banana)
I'll let you know on the tast of the yogurt lol, haven't had it yet since its only 4:30... working on lunch still!

Water: So far 40.9 oz Water, 12 oz hot tea... I have two water bottles in my backpack

Sorry it's raining and cold. I think our front was moving your way.
On the menu:
B: sliced ham and 1 oz. cheddar cheese
L: 1 oz. steak and 1 oz. crab
S: SF frosted pecans
D: little bit of baked potato w/ 1/2 c chipped BBQ, cheese, sour cream and bacon bits and a little butter
S: protein pudding
vitamins: done
water: 80 oz. so far
exercise: 15 minutes on bike this morning, 100 sit-ups, and carried in 4 huge cases of water to my office this evening

Hi all. It's been raining here too. It seems like it's just gotten harder and harder each hour! I had a good day, and now I'm just tired! Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- 1 chicken fritter w/cheese, some egg over salad and some lite hnoey mustard drsg...yummm
3:30 a.m.- protein hot chocolate 23g protein
7:00 a.m.- Luna Bar...chocolate peppermint stick and it tastes just like thin mint cookies!
11:00 a.m.- protein shake 44g protein
6 p.m.- 2 oz. chicken salad on LC WW bread
Vitamins- working on 'em!
Exercise- 1 hr. with trainer
Fluids- 88 oz.

I've been off the the program alot today, but it felt good for a change. I went to lunch with a friend and had the best manicotti that I've had in my life. I only ate a small portion of the pasta, but I ate all of the insides,,it was scrumptious!! I didn't have time to make anything for dinner, so hubby & I went to Panera bread. I had a bowl of cheddar broccoli soup with a bite of a french baguette. The soup was very good. So, here's the wrap up.
B: powercrunch bar
L: 3 manicottis--mostly the cheese filling, but some pasta too
D: a bowl of cheddar broccoli soup and a bite of bread
No snacks for obvious reasons...
I skipped exercise today because I've been dizzy lately & just didn't feel up to it
