Back to Basics - Day 2
Good morning!
Day 1 went well. I only ate what I posted yesterday and got in my fluids and all my vitamins. I did not do any formal exercise (my husband is in Malaysia again...no gym for me this week!) but I did play around with my son so, hopefully, that counts a little.
I do not feel the need to stay off the scale this time around (because it motivates me to stick to it). So here is what my totals will be for the day...
Day 1 Weight - 187
Day 2 Weight - 186
Breakfast - One egg/cheddar cheese
Snack - Profect vial
Lunch - 3 oz. roast chicken
Snack - Profect vial
Dinner - 3 oz. filet mignon
Totals (Calories/Fat/Carb/Protein) = 784/36/3/109
These totals are approxiamte because Fit Day did not have a specific section for "filet." I am sure it is pretty close, though!

Morning Jersey! The cookies won... I had two oreos last night
But I could've had the entire package right? lol.... oh well... I will win today! I didn't do any formal exercise either, but I made sure not to graze and move alot when I ran to the powder room he he.
Yesterday my cals and carbs were pretty high since I had milk and the south beach stuff.... (cals/fat/carbs/protein) 1416/27/178/133 Plus 97 oz water and 24 oz hot tea
I still have to weigh too... to see some progress to keep me motivated.
Day 1: 217
Day 2: 216.4
Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with bacon bits and cheese
Snack: Shake
Lunch: Tuna with pickles and cheese
Snack: yogurt with added protein
Dinner: Tuna with pickles and cheese
Totals: (cals/fat/carbs/protein) 928/39/56/88

So I am jumping on the band wagon. I started yesterday. It was a bit of a rough transition back to the basics. Today will be better!
Yesterday my totals were - cal 1430 / fat 71 / carb 81 / protein 125
Darn tomato sauce and peanuts just screwed up my count ... no more!!!!!
Starting today, I will post my menu. This is what I have had so far
BFast - Protein Latte
Snack - 4 oz chicken breast - souther pecan chicken - yummmmmmmy
Lunch - Protein Latte
and what I plan on having later
Snack - SF Popsicles - I am addicted to these - confession - I am eating like 4-7 of them a day!!!!!! I will limit myself to 3 today.
Dinner - 4 oz chicken breast
My totals will be 823 / 17/ 46/ 119.
We have an event to go to tonight. I may have a bite of something there. If so, I will add and update tomorrow. I am taking a big old honkin bottle of water and maybe that will keep me from snacking tonight!

OK OK..........the more I think about it the more I am convinced I need to do this! You have motivated me. I just hope I can make it for longer then a day!!!!
