Hey everyone! Today I had... 10:30 am: Protein Shake (White CC Milk, Nectar Cappuccino, Cinnamon shake) 12:30: 1/2 C. LF Cottage Cheese, 1/2 C. Carb Clever Peaches (I actually ate about 3/4ths of this at this point) Througout the afternoon: Lime Chile Almonds (1 small package) 4:30: The rest of my cottage cheese and peaches 7:30: a very small brownie and a small scoop of vanilla icecream 9:30p: Insides of a lean pocket ultra and a few bites of the crust Well, I did not do great, but did not completely fall off the waggon. I am trying to eat snacks in hopes that it will prevent me from binging out at night... we will see. TOTALS: Cals...900 Fat...45 Carbs...55 Protein...73
