Hi Kay...It is sunny and mild here to melt the snow....ughh....I wanted to share my ebay experience with you...I bought a Coach purse for $65 AND PUT IT ON EBAY a couple of weeks ago..It sold for $86 and in the morning after the sale ebay notified me that they cancelled the sale and needed proof it was real...So I forwarded the proof and they allowed me to relist it and it sold on Friday for $152.50...Can you beleive it? I thought it was too cool!!!!!! Anyway I plan on trying to post regularly to your menu post as I do need accountablility....And I appreciate you keeping me on track....

Hi Kay!!!
Don't buy any puppies from people who have sick dogs... the puppy can be a carrier or even be really weak in the immunity department. Its like 70 degrees and I am absolutely freezing- I'm in sweatpants, a sweatshirt and wrapped up in a blanket. I've even had to drink 2 mugs of tea to keep warm! Today was my first day with Jersey on the Back to Basics plan. I didn't do wonderfully well calorie wise... but I didn't graze or eat a loaf of bread! YEAH!!!! Tomorrow, I will cut it down even more...
Breakfast: Weigh****chers Cereal and Milk
Snack: Chocolate Banana Protein Shake I made myself!
Lunch: South Beach Pizza... way too many carbs, but oh so good he he
Snack: 1/2 c cottage cheese and raspberry yogurt
Dinner: I dunno... if its make your own dinner, I'll have the last of my south beach stash ( 250 cals, 30 gm protein) or whatever mom makes... probably chicken
Without Dinner:
Cals: 1041
Fat: 23 - best I've ever done yeah!
Carbs: 136- Ouch! it was the pizza and milk and cereal!
Protein: 88
Water: I'm Floating! I've had 24 oz hot tea, 96 oz of Raspberry Ice Crystal Light
Vitamins: Back on Track, yeah!!!
Exercise: Sitting in front of the pc, running to and from the powder room lol!
Tomorrow I'm at school from noon to 9pm... and will be packing lunch. I think I'm taking tuna for the day ha!!!! Maybe beans and cheese, I think there is a microwave in the student lounge....... hmmmmmm and of course an ice chest of water

Hi everyone. Today was a tired day for me. Just so friggin tired! I had to make myself get up and do something. Here's what I had today:
B- 1 Kashi waffle w/margarine and SF syrup, 3 slices turkey bacon
S- protein iced coffee 34 g protein
L- 1 c. cottage cheese w/ 1/2 c. sliced strawberries, some CC Choc. milk 45 mins later
D- greek salad w/ 3 oz. grilled chicken, 1 oz. RF feta cheese and some cucumbers w/ lite greek drsg
S- PowerCrunch bar, 2 small pretzel sticks
Vitamins- I'm at work and i forgot my calcium!
Exercise- woke up late
Fluids- 72 oz.

Hi Guys:
I've been really, really hungry today, but everything I eat makes my stomach feel awful. I think it's because I have so much sinus drainage in it...yuk,,,,snot city!! Sorry TMI. Here's what I've eaten--or at least attempted to eat
B: my usual powercrunch bar
S: 1/2 banana
L: watermelon w 1/2 c cottage cheese
S: cheese/pnut butter crackers
D: too many chips w/salsa, 1/4 ham & cheese burrito at our fav Mexican restaurant
S: 1/2 banana
I have a great white shih tzu I will sell you...look at my pictures on the "new" profile. He's adorable and very sweet. No, just kidding. He's a 20 lb. one, at the upper end of their range, but he is a sweetie. We say all the time, jokingly, we're gonna sell him and getting a smaller one!
On the menu:

S: few sugar free "frosted" pecans I made w/ egg white, nature crystal SF "sugar", cinnamon, and salt - they're pretty good!

exercise: 100 situps and 20 minutes on bike

B: 4 bites sf pie leftover from last night (bad,bad, bad)
s: 4 pretzels
l: 1/4 meat from buritto, some beans and small slice sf cake (it was bosses day and we had a luncheon) cake made me really sick (no more)
s: few pretzles & cup of white chedder popcorn
d: 1/4 piece pizza few bites of salad
Didn't eat lots of anything just everything I ate was bad ....I will make better choices tomorrow..
ok on vits and water working on isopure now.
