Hello How ya doing tonight? I'm good. I've had a laid back day. After church I came home, cooked dinner and relaxed. My menu~ B~ Protein Shake L~ 2 slices of roast beef and 1 slice of cheese rolled up S~ 6 FF pringles then 8 oz Choc. CC milk 1 hour later D~ 1.5 oz pork tenderloin, 1/4 c. steamed cabbage and 1/4 c. pinto beans Vitamins: on track Water: 42 oz so far Exercise: none Have a nice evening, Kay

Hey there! Today has been a good day... went to church then came home and we had a homemade dinner party for my roomates boyfriend for his birthday. B: Protein Shake (made with white cc milk, champion choco protein, peanut butter, cinamon) L: SBD Cinnamon Rasin Protein Bar D: We made a pot roast with carrots and potatoes with salad and rolls... I had some leftover lemon chicken ate a few bites of carrots, a few bites of salad... then had a few bites of the birthday cake totals: Cals~ 853 Fat~ 39 Carbs~ 53 Protein~ 68 I am pretty proud of the fact there was a birthday celebration, I did not feel deprived, and I stayed within reasonable limits. I struggle with social eating, so I made a concious effort to cut back through out the day so I could enjoy a bit more at dinner... and I am glad to report I feel satisfied, like I did not miss out, yet I still stayed on track with the diet.

yeah, i was doing well... since posting I ate a NSA BB Icecream Bar and a small apple with some pbutter. Why do I overeat?

I've been sewing since I got back from church on a 5' x 7' spirit flag for our football games. It looks awfully big! I'm glad I'm not the one that has to run up and down the field with it, even though it would be great exercise.' On the menu: B: 1 egg and 1 1/2 pieces turkey bacon L: 6" subway sandwich w/ less than 1/2 the WW bread: blackened steak and jal. jack cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte D: Low carb chicken spectacular (as low as I could get it) S: few bites of carne guisada my son made vitamins: done water: 88 oz. so far exercise: none so far, hope to ride my bike later Karla 337/202/150

Hi everyone. Today was a busy day, and now I'm pooped! Today was Marcus' birthday, so we went to his grave and had a little memorial service then went to his mom's house for a party. It was very emotional at the grave but we had a good time at the party. Today....I tried, but just didn't get in that much food between running around and not being hungry but here's what I had: 12 p.m.- mint choc. protein shake 44g protein 4:30- 1 meatball, 1 slice ham, 1 tbsp seafood salad, some chips 6 p.m.- I had a healthy slice of cake...it was good! It was my favorite kind, so I had to overindulge...didn't even care if I dumped! But I didn't! 8:30 p.m.- about a cup of baked ziti and 1 hr. later protein cappuccino So I guess the cake was a meal, and a damn good one too! I don't feel any kind of bad about it either...lol. Tomorrow's back to normal though. And I lost 6 lbs. in the past few days!!! April
