Okay folks I haven't posted in awhile so apologize if this question has been asked before but I've been the same weight since July and I'm open to suggestions on how to break this. It's getting me down and I need some inspiration. Thanks Christina

There are some on here that have done the PB diet to get there scales moving again. Could be you need to exercise more..or look at what you're eating and if you're in take of carbs is to high you might try keeping away from them. Lowering or highering your caloric intake might help. I know this isn't much help..but I just try anything to get things moving again. Good luck!! Anna

It's the Plateau Buster diet. I don't know what it consists of...You might ask Jersey Mom or Angela they both just recently finished the diet. I wish I could be more help. Anna

Christina: I am sorry I did not see this before now. Here is the Plateau Buster Diet: How to break a plateau #1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau #2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day (64 ounces) #3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day #4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of high protein foods, 5x a day beef pork chicken turkey lamb fish eggs low fat cheese cottage cheese plain yogurt or artificially sweetened (?) peanut butter beans/legumes You may also have: sugar free popsicles tea or coffee sugar free soda sugar free jello broths/bullion crystal light drinks #5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!! #6 - Keep a food diary (I recommend FitDay.com) and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily. If you want, you can post under my daily Back to Basics thread. I started the Plateau Buster diet but got sick (not from the diet!). So I started again today. Good luck! Jersey
