Hi I hope everyone is enjoying this cold Saturday afternoon! I spent my day being lazy on the couch watching movies. It was pretty relaxing. I know everyone's probably busy out since it's Saturday but I'm gonna post anyway. My menu~ B~ 4 oz Carb/sugar control yogart S~ 1 slice of RF cheese & 4 saltine crackers L~ 1/2 C. Taco soup D~ 1/2 a 6 inch roast beef sub from subway.. tossed the top bread S~ Protein Coffee Vitamins.. on track Water.. 40 oz so far Exercise.. none today! Have a nice evening, kay

Sounds like you had a restful day. Just getting around to posting this on Sunday morning. On the menu for Saturday: B: 1 slice WW toast -crust w/ 1 egg, 2 slices turkey bacon L: BBQ (sliced) w/ a little sauce, 1/4 pinto beans, and several bites cole slaw S: handful of trail mix and Protein Iced Mocha Latte D: 2 oz. steak and 2 oz. crab cake (mostly big hunks of crab, not breading) S: SF creamsicle bar and 2 c popcorn vitamins: done water: 96 oz. exercise: walked/jogged 2 miles at park & did 100 sit-ups Karla 337/202/150

I am a day late, but thought I would post anyway (mainly since its was a good day Heres what I had: B: Protein Latte S: South Beach Diet Protein Bar in Cinnamon Rasin... yum! L/D: (late afternoon) 3 oz broiled chicken breast S: 1 oz Salted Roasted shelled peanuts S: about 10 red seedless grapes totals cals...686 fat...28 carbs...38 protein...76 I havent had such a good food day in a long time. I was busy and tried really hard to make good choices
