~~** TGIF**~~ Yeahhhh it's Friday!!! How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Class was cancelled this morning so I did a little shopping then came home cleaned up for the weekend and just hung around the house. Since it's Friday the 13th, Were going to see Texas Chainsaw masacure tonight! After typing that date, I also realized that it's my 9 month surgiversary Come on share your menu's with the rest of the gang!! It don't matter what you eat or how much you eat, I'm just nosey! Here's my menu.. B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled with ham and cheese S~ Protein shake L~ 1/2 Ham & Cheese sammy on wheat toast w/ ff mayo, mustard and lettuce S~ 2 SF popsicles D~ 1/2 C. shredded bbq beef, few bites of coleslaw & 1/2 a pickle spear Water: 38 oz so far Vitamins: right on track Exercise: 1 mile walk in the cold I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!! Hi Kay, Ooohh what a scary movie you are going to see tonight! Happy 9 month surgiversary to you!!! B - Achieve One protein drink L - Cheese & veggie toppings off of a slice of pizza - didn't eat the crust. S - PowerCrunch Bar D - not sure but probably either fish or chicken as we usually go out on Fridays to eat S - Protein drink Have a great weekend! I'm off on vacation for a week. Karen S.

Hi all. I was really busy yesterday, so I didn't get to post my menu, and now I forget all of what I had! Yesterday was a better day than the day before,though. I can tell you that. This weekend is going to be a busy busy weekend for me. I'm helping my boyfriend's mom and sister cook tomorrow. Sunday would've been his birthday, so we're still gonna celebrate. But tomorrow's my college homecoming, so I'll be doing stuff all evening with that. We'll see a lot of folks we haven't seen in a few years, so it'll be nice. I'm gonna make sure I get enough rest tonight! Here's what I had today: B- ham & cheese omelet S- 1 cup popcorn after workout L-ham and cheese w/ lite mayo in mini whole wheat pita, 8 FF pringles, 4 pcs. cashew crunch D- 1 whole chicken quesadilla then just insides of second one, 1 onion ring, 1 breaded mushroom S- protein shake 44 g protein Exercise- 30 mins at gym....work hard though! Fluids- 82 oz. Vitamins- almost got 'em in! April

Hey Kay. Sounds like you had a good Friday. On the menu: B: Protein Iced Mocha Latte S: handful of trail mix L: few shrimp & veggies out of a gross low carb chinese food frozen thing D: 1/2 of a beef enchilada and 1/2 a bean burrito and few bites of guacamole S: protein pudding vitamins: done water: 68 oz. so far, more to go exercise: not this morning, slept extra instead Karla 337/203/150
