What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?

Hi Guys:
Just your average autumn day here in upstate NY...here's what I ate:
B: powercrunch bar
S: pnut butter cheese crackers--my sister came over & wanted me to run up to the mall with her..I hadn't eaten lunch yet & got lightheaded at the mall so I had to eat something
L: 1/2 c cottage cheese/1/4 cantaloupe
D: porterhouse steak, 1/2 sweet potato with brown sugar substitue & sf maple syrup
S: banana
I went to the gym, but my workout was interrupted because my legs kept cramping up..so I took it easy & went home.

We didn't get in until almost midnight from an out of town football game. I'll survive today at work. We don't have to go anywhere tonight.
Yesterday's menu:
B: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
S: 1 oz. cheddar cheese and a few BBQ soy crisps
L: Chicken Enchilada insides
S: few bites of trail mix
D: liver and onions, cabbage, collards, and 3 little bites of pie
S: few bites popcorn and a protein bar
Vitamins: In
Water: 96 oz.
Exercise: 20 minutes on bike and 100 sit-ups
