Good evening How's everyone doing today? I'm good. After school I went grocery shopping and have been home the rest of the evening working and studying. It's time to share your menu... The good, the bad and the ugly!! Here's my menu... B~ Protein shake S~ Carb/sugar control strawberry yogart L~ Steamed crablegs, broiled shrimp and bite of steph's potato S~ Carb/sugar control blueberry yogart D~ Salad w/ ham, cheese, cucumbers, carrots, croutons and lite ranch Protein~ 81 Vitamins: on track Exercise: 1.5 mile walk Water: 50 oz so far Have a nice night, Kay

!!!! That's how I feel right now. All I did was EAT, EAT, EAT!!!! Slept some then ATE, ATE, ATE all over again!!!! I worked overnight, and was VERY tired all night, so I think I was attempting to use the rationale that I needed the carbs to wake me up a bit. What was I thinking? I'm not even gonna post my menu....that's how embarassed I am. Not only that, but it's way too much to post!! I can only say that tomorrow is a new day, and I BETTER get it together. I need to be punished...severely! And the thing is....I'm still losing. I may not be losing 10 lbs. a week, but I'm still losing. That makes me feel like there are no consequences. I'll get it together tomorrow...I better get it together!!! I'll update tomorrow. April

Thanks, Kay. I don't know what it is with me lately. I think AF is on her way. I've been so tired recently, and today I've just been really hungry. Not head hunger....real hunger. I know I've been under alot of stress recently, but something's gotta give! Let's all hope for a better tomorrow!!! I'm seriously gonna try tomorrow and those urges. April

I had: b: 1/2 cup shredded wheat l: few bites of chicken from soup and some broth 4 saltines s: 3/4 pack chili peanuts s: few nuts about 1 serving of chedder kashi crackers d: 1/4 potato quesadilla, few bite f hamburger meat w/refried beans Stuffed felt like I ate all day >>>>>>>>>>>>>> ok on water and vits, actully upped my vitamins trying to get my hair to come back.... I will have isopure after lost.......... HAVE A GREAT EVENING TORI

I had a busy day today...went to see my therapist..went to drop off some clothing to be altered (that spelling doesn't look right), went to the gym and then from there went to a new water aerobics class. I had been going at 10:00 am but that class was super easy because most of the ladies were senior citizens. I had heard that the evening classes were killers,,,,so I went,,,, AFTER I had already worked out at the gym. My arms and legs feel like Gumby tonight. Anyways,,,here's what I've eaten today B: powercrunch bar (same as every day) L: 1/2 c cottage cheese on 1/4 cantaloupe S: I knew it would be late when I got dinner so I had 4 saltine crackers with pnut butter and 1/2 banana...it worked well with all the extra excersize that I did D: 1/2 of a ham/cheese burrito S: 4 cheese/pnut butter crackers because I was feeling lightheaded (low blood sugar?) Anyway that's my story & I'm sticking to it. Kathy

Hey Everyone! So, again of course I had two food issues; 1.) I ate too much after work... 2.) It was carbs Here it is: B: Protein Latte L: Atkins Protein Bar, Carb Clever Peaches D: Went out... had about 5 bites of ceaser salad, 2 oz broiled chicken breast w/ bacon and cheese, a very small roll- it was quite airy, a bite of a baked apple. S: Then went to a party, munched on almonds (about 10) and super dark chocolate (very little) S: BB NSA Raspberry Cheesecake Bar S: 2 handfulls of dry cherrios- have to throw these out ASAP. Why do I have them? TOTALS Cals~ 976 eeek Fat~ 41 oh my Carbs~ 77 gulp Protein~ 81 my saving grace Water~ good Vits~ done Exercise~ nope As you can see, I would have been fine if I stopped at dinner... but no, I snacked my way through the night.

Okay. I had one of those days too. We had a Wed. night football game last night because our Varsity has to play Thurs. so our schedule was wayyyyy off! Other team's bus broke down and they were late, so we didn't get home in time to cook a decent supper. My son threw a frozen pizza in the oven and I jumped on the bandwagon. I don't even like pizza that much and couldn't even eat a whole piece and it certainly wasn't tasty, but that was supper! Oh well. Tonight I eat at Luby's. They'll have better for me choices. On the menu for Wed.: B: 1 slice WW toast minus crust + 1 slice MJ w/ jalapeno cheese + 1 piece fake sausage (pretty yuck) - bread and cheese covered up it's lack of real meat flavor. S: protein shake L: Chicken w/ brown rice S: 1/4 c trail mix S: 2 c unflavored popcorn (not too tasty - wrong person must have made it at concession stand) D: 1 piece yucky pizza & 1/4 c protein pudding Vitamins: done Water: 92 oz. Exercise: 20 minutes on bike and 100 sit-ups Karla 337/203/150
