What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Hey Ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I did a lot of running around today. Now were on the way to Dave's & Busters for dinner and bowling.
My menu~
B~ 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese, 1 strip of bacon, few bites of grits & 1/2 slice of toast.
L~ Nothing.. I was really busy
D~ I don't know yet.. I'll come back later and share

Water: 34 oz so far
Exercise: running around

It's been a fast day. Work, then came home and fell asleep for 1/2 an hr. or so. Picked my son up from football practice. He was cold and wet because they had been practicing in the rain. He said he was taking a shower, eating, then going to bed. Our school kids haven't been to school since Friday because we had teacher inservice Monday and Tuesday. I can't believe he's that tired.
On the menu:
B: 1/3 hbg. patty w/ cheese from sonic, leftover from last night.
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
L: 1/2 c tuna, 1/2 broccoli cheese soup, and 4 bites of peach cobbler
S: trail mix
D: Chicken Cordon Bleu and steamed cabbage
Vitamins: done
Water: 88 oz. so far
Exercise: 20 minutes on bike and 100 sit-ups

Hi all. I worked last night, went to my trainer this morning afterwards then sleep!!!! I was so tired this morning after work. Here's what I had the past 24 hrs.;
12 a.m.- 3 oz. Shake n Bake strips over salad w/cheese n eggs, some lite honey mustard drsg
4:30 a.m.- protein hot chocolate
6:30 a.m.- Luna Bar before workout
10 a.m.- mint chocolate shake 32 g protein
5:30 p.m.- 1 oz. steak w/ A1 sauce, 8 popcorn chicken pcs w/ lite honey mustard drsg, 1 tbsp collard greens, 2 tbsp mac n cheese
9:30 p.m.- 1 oz. RF cheese, 3 graham crackers
Exercise: 1 hr. w/ trainer
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 90 oz.

oh, i miss D&B- I used to go in California, but haven't seen one out here yet... hope you have/had a good time!
Today I was close to being back on track, I did have a few more simple/refined carbs then I should have, but was still reasonable.
Here it is:
B: 1/2 cup dry cherios... a little later had a Protein Capuccino ****d)
L: 2 oz Colby Jack Cheese, 4 ritz crackers
D: 3 oz Tuna, 2 ritz Crackers - ate half, then a few hours later the other half.
S: Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom NSA Rasberry Cheesecake Icecream bar... it was sooo good.
TOTALS:
Cals~ 815
Fat~ 41
Carbs~ 48
Protein~ 67
Could have done with out the fat, but usually I am quite low.
Vits: Done
Water: 60oz- it really makes a difference. when I drink right, I eat right!

Hi Guys:
I've been away from OH for awhile (got a new job, quit, but that's a whole other story) The entire time I was working I was never even interested in eating. I made myself eat so I wouldn't get sick. Now that I'm home all day I have to really think about what I'm putting into my mouth. I haven't lost or gained in over a month, but I'm ok with that. Here's what I've eaten today:
B: powercrunch bar
L: 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/4 cantaloupe
D: about 8 chicken w/garlic raviolis with organic pasta sauce,, yummy!
S: I knew I didn't have enough protein so I had a bowl of Special K extra protein cereal with 1/2 a banana and a small handful of raisins in it
I was making all kinds of excuses not to go to the gym, but my sister talked me into it. She has plantars' fasciatis (sp?) and heal spurs so she hasn't been able to go. She has put on about 10 lbs and feels miserable. She told me that I would feel sooo much better if I went..of course she was right.
It's late but I'm here to share what I had anyway!
After having a drink, I was not hungry at all! I had a late breakast and that kinda messed me up for the rest of the day, I guess
1 peice of bbq pork rib and few bites of loaded mashed potatos.
I ate terrible today. Not enough and NO protein. I'll do better tomorrow.
