Good Afternoon ladies! How is everyone doing today? I'm good. The weather is beautiful and it's not too cold so that makes it even better. I had school today now I'm on my way out the door to do a little shopping for my partner's birthday tomorrow. I know this is early but I doubt I'll be back by 6 to post. I already know what i'm having for dinner but if anything changes, I'll come back later My menu~ B~ Protein shake S~ 2 small slices of spiral ham L~ 1.5 oz steak D~ Steamed crab, broiled shrimp and 1/2 a small red potato S~ Protein shake Vitamins: on track Water: 16 oz so far but it's early Exercise: will walk my 1.5 mile after dinner Have a nice day, Kay

Hi all! I had a good day today. I have to work tonight, so I've been kinda bumming around the house. I did, however, make it to STEP class. Here's what I had: B- 1 egg scrambled w/light cheese and 1 slice turkey ham, 1/2 slice toast w/margarine and SF jelly S- protein iced coffee 34g protein L- 2 oz. tuna salad w/ 8 RF Ritz, 4 mandarin oranges S- 1 tbsp PB w/ 4 RF Ritz D- 3 oz. naked buffalo strips, 2tbsp mac & cheese, 2 tbsp collard greens Vitamins: need to take my calcium and B12! Water: 44 oz. so far...will drink more at work Exercise: 1 hr. STEP class April

I thought I'd post real quick even though it's getting close to bedtime for me. It's been a quick, busy day. On the menu: B: Protein Iced Banana/orange/vanilla shake S: sausage & cheese plus bottom biscuit from McDonald's L: few thin slices of lime/chipotle beef roast and a few bites of potato S: trail mix D: 1/2 of Sonic hamburger patty w/ cheese and bacon and tomato S: protein pistachio pudding and slice of lunch meat ham vitamins: done water: 88 oz. so far exercise: 20 minutes on bike and 100 sit-ups Karla 337/203/150

Happy Columbus Day! Today I took a day trip out to a historic park... it was gorgeous! Anyway, this is what I had: B: Protein Shake S: 1 small apple L: Blackened chicken breast, melted cheese & bacon. A few ruffles, a bit of salad on the side. I got the foamies so bad from this... the chicken was spicy... I think that did it. D: Chicken Cobb Salad... basically just chicken breast, blue cheese chunks, avacado dressing. Water: good Exercise: walked around all day long Vits: done

I had: B: 1/2 cup oatmeal S: sf vanilla latte l: few pieces of chicken from chicken soup and 4 saltines s: small pack of chili peanuts d: few pieces of chicken and a few noodles OK on water and vits drinking my isopure now HAVE A GREAT EVENING TORI
