PB - Still going.... kinda...
Well, the weekend got the better of me... but I am not giving in... I will probably just keep going beyond the 10 days... keeping my focus on getting mostly protien in, as well as water, vitamins... etc...
Saturday I did okay, but I didn't get very much water in... and I know I didn't eat that great... Mom and Dad wanted to take me out to supper... Chinese buffett... I only ate protien... but there are salty sauces on everything... so blah, blah, blah...
Sunday... I don't think I had any water... forgot my vitamins... ate part of a cinnamon roll.... blech...
Today... though, I am renewing my committment... It is still killing me not to step on the scale, but it is getting a little easier.... And I do feel better...
Just keep trying, I guess, huh? It is a battle, and always will be... but I know I can win I just can't stop fighting...
Day 7
Breakfast - 1 egg & 1/2 sausage patty
Snack - Atkins shake
Lunch - sliced Pork loin
Snack - 2oz string cheese
Dinner - ???
Water - half way there already...
Vitamins - also half way there
Exercise - ?? I'll figure something out
