How's everyone's day going? Mine is good. After church I stayed home and did absolutely nothing bu****ch tv and study. The weather is horrible so I was comfy chillin on my couch all day.
B~ 1 scrambled egg with cheese and 2 strips of turkey bacon
S~ 8 FF pringles
L~ Leftovers from last night's dinner.. 1/2 chicken enchilada,4 strips of steak and few bites of black beans
D~ Baked chicken leg and 1/4 C. steamed broccoli
Vitamins.. on track
Exercise: none
Water: 30 oz so far

Hi all. I just kinda chilled out all day. I'm at my parents house now with the grandkids....it's pandemonium! And it's only two of them!! But here's what I had:
B- 1 egg w/cheese, 2 strips of bacon
S- handful of cashews
L- 1 leftover chicken tender from McDonald's
D- 1 baked chicken thigh, 2 tbsp broccoli, 4 pcs. of cut up potatoes
S- Probably have a shake tonight to up the protein a bit for tonight.

Hi Kay! Sounds like you had a nice day chillin'. We went to SS and church, out to eat w/ family, then ran a few errands. I cleaned out our hall closet this afternoon, took an hour nap, and made a new Fall wreath for our front porch. I have my son cooking supper now.
On the menu:
B: 1 egg, 1 piece of sausage, and most of 1 piece of WW toast
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
L: Pork roast, few bites of potato, 2 tiny carrots, few green beans, steamed cabbage, and a little sweet potato casserole
S: trail mix
D: Chipotle-Lime beef roast and garlic sauteed potatoes
S: Protein banana pudding if I need something, depends on if the roast goes down well or not!
Vitamins: done
Water: 76 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: 100 sit-ups and 30 minutes on bike
