Hiya Ladies!!! ~**TGIF**~ This has been one long and slow week! I'm happy the weekend is here! After school, we went out to lunch then went to the mall. We have plans to hang out with some friends that are coming to visit from out of town so I have a busy weekend planned. Who has exciting weekend plans?? My menu~ B~ Q smart bar L~ 1/2 Turkey club wrap and 1/2 small cup of broccoli and cheddar soup D~ Other 1/2 of my wrap from lunch S~ Protein shake Water: 36 oz so far Vitamins: on track Exercise: none today Have a great weekend!! I just want to cry... as of lately, I have been having serious problems making go0d choices. *sigh* Here is what it was today... B: Protien Latte L: 3 oz Tomato Tuna, 6 ritz crackers S: 1 medium pear, 1 power crunch bar D: chicken satay (grilled chicken skewers, a tiny bit of peanut sauce) S: 1 NSA Fudgcicle S: 1/2 of a blueberry muffin top (big one, not a regualr size) Yeah, as you can see I NEED TO STOP SNACKING ON CARBS... I may do a seperate post tonight because I am gettin frustrated with my poor food choices.

Personally, I don't think you're choices are bad at all! I think they're quite normal in retrospect. 6 crackers and 1/2 of a muffin top is what normal people should be eating. On the other hand, try having 2 servings a goldfish per day or 2 servings of popcorn last night....while in bed! And today, I had 2 servings of cheez its I'm sure of it. You're doing great! Keep up the good work, girl. I need to be eating more like you! April

Well, if it makes you feel better, after I posted I ate about 6 fist fulls of honey nut cherios. They went down so easy... Ug... We arn't alone... we can make it together. Keep posting, keep working hard, keep focused and I will try to do the same.

Hi ladies. It was rainy here and I stayed in bed until 3 this afternoon. I was all depressed, so my friend picked me up and we went on to visit another friend of ours. Here's what I had, and it was fine until tonight! 9 a.m.- 1 oz. Special K cereal w/ 5 oz. CC 2% milk 11 a.m.- protein hot chocolate w/ FF CC milk 1:30 p.m.- 2 oz. pulled pork, 1 oz. grilled chicken, some broccoli 4:30- power crunch bar 5:30 p.m.- about a serving of cheez its! 7 p.m.- slice of pizza, some fried cabbage (in olive oil) 9 p.m.- some more cheez its 10:30 p.m.- protein hot chocolate w/FF CC milk I mean, luckily, I'm not getting all bent outta shape over this, but I need to do something. I have self control...I just need to utilize it! I know I'm going through an emotional time, but I need to channel it some other way too. I'll get it together soon! April

April, Look at what you ate considering what you have been through you could be eating cake, chocolate, mashed potatoes whatever comfort foods you used to eat.. A few crackers thats nothing....I think you already are using your will power !!!! Each day it gets a little easier I lost my best friend 2 years ago and my Brother died in April of this year and each day that passes I feel like I can make it through I know in the beginning it was very hard but you will make it. Thank you so much Tori! You're right...I could be doing worse, but I don't even wanna get to that point. It's not getting any easier each day, but I'm sure it will soon. I need to kick my self control back in gear. The other thing is that when I'm working out regularly, I'm very good with eating. I haven't been working out like normal lately either, but I'm back on a more regular schedule now. Thank you so much for encouragement. April

i HAD: B: NADA, I was going to weigh this mornig so I thought I will eat something after that, however when I weighed I hadn't lost anything again still stayin at 138 so I decided to skip it L: 1/2 cup Carne Asada meat some guacamole and salsa on it S: sliver sugar free apple and rasberry pie, was good but I could take or leave the sweets these days. D: Left over pork stew about 1/2 cup I had my vitamins and water workin on my Isopure now HAVE A GREAT EVENING TORI
