Plateau Buster - Day 5 - Halfway Mark!
Good afternoon:
Okay...I did not do too well today on this (lunch/water). But the day is not over...
Here are my stats for the day....
Weight - ??? (I have a doctor appointment at 3:30 PM EST. They ALWAYS weigh you...no matter what you are going in for. I will do my absolute BEST not to look at the scale and I won't let them tell me. It will be TORTURE!)
Breakfast: 1 egg/approx 2 TB shredded cheddar cheese
Snack: Blue Raspberry Swirl Profect VILE
Lunch: I had about 2 (?) oz. slightly cooked tuna (good) with some teriyaki sauce (bad). AND some rice on it because it was sushi (very bad) and some avocado (not bad but not on the list, either!).
Snack: Blue Raspberry Swirl Profect VILE
Dinner: 3 oz. Perdue Fit and Easy thin-sliced chicken breast with Montreal Chicken seasoning (...again!)
Approximate Daily totals (Calories/Fat/Protein): 679/18/103
Water: BAD BAD...only about 15 oz. so far...but I will make this up by the end of the day...so I will give myself the benefit of the doubt and say 64 oz.
Vitamins: Done (although I forgot about them until just now)
Exercise: Not sure but I will try to get in at least 1/2 hour.

The exercise has been killing me... I haven't wanted to...and today it was evident why... TOM has arrived... Girls, I am SO not used to being on a cycle... it is such a blessing... and it's almost back to clockwork.... I haven't had a 4-5 day period and 27-28 days in between --- Since I was in High School! PCOS was such a rotten trip.... WLS was worth it just for that...
ANYWAY~~~
Here is my 4th day stuff:
AM - egg, sausage, cheese
Snack - 2 oz cheese sticks
Snack (a little later) - Atkins shake
Lunch (later)- Pork loin (again, but I love it)
Snack - Nectar
PM - ??? maybe chili... it is good chili weather
Exercise - I'll try to get some walking in
Vitamins - half way done
Water - also about half way... water is never an issue, though... Crystal Light & Decaf Hot Tea... YUMMY!
Hope you other girls are doing okay on your Hump Day!

Well, today went pretty well until dinner time. Here's my day:
B--1 egg w/ 1 Tbs. low fat cheese
L--Turkey roll up w/ 1 Tbs. whipped cream cheese
S--AchieveOne latte
S--Soy crisps
D--meat from stuffed eggplant (good) & 2 mini corn muffins (bad)
D--mini low carb cheesecake
746cal/37carb/73prot
Water--64oz.
Vitamins--not good
Exercise--not today
