What's on YOUR menu for Thursday

How is everyone's day going? I really didn't do anything special. I worked for 3 hours, went shopping for a little while and that's about it. I hope everyone had a great day.
My menu~
B~ 4 oz Carb/sugar control strawberry yogart
S~ Protein Shake
L~ 1/2 Beef and cheese enchilada and 1/4 c. refried beans
S~ 2 SF popsicles
D~ 1 egg ham & cheese omlet
Protein~ 67 .. I need to work on this
Vitamins~ on track
Water~ 34 oz so far
Exercise~ 1.5 mile walk

Hey you! Today I had a bad day and then decided to to walk home and I felt SO MUCH better
This is what I ate...
9:00am: Protein Latte
11:00am 1/2 mission carb balanance tortilla, slice of RF cheese, a few chuncks of chicken breast
1:30pm 4 oz LF Cottage Cheese, 1 Tbs SF jam
6:00pm 3/4 of a small apple,
6:45pm 1 package of Fire Roasted peanuts
9:00pm 3 tortilla chips w/salsa

Hi ladies. I had an bad day emotionally
, which I have those probably everyother day. But I decided to go to STEP class and felt a little bit better. I ate pretty well today...still trying to rid these last 10-15 lbs.! But anyway...here's what I had:
B- 1 egg scrambled w/RF cheese, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 Ka**** grain waffle w/margarine and SF syrup
L- 1/2 cornish hen, some salad w/ bacon drsg...other half of Applebee's meal
S- 1 oz. RF cheese, 6 RF TownHouse crackers
S- protein iced coffee 26 g protein
D- mint choc protein shake 32 g protein
We're supposed to meet up w/ a friend at Friday's so I'll have a little something there.
Exercise: 1 hr. STEP class
Vitamins: need to take my calcium
Fluids: 88 oz. thus far

Posting next day again. We went to an out of town football game over an hour away last night. We're on a great losing streak on my son's JV team!
On the menu:
B: Sausage crustless quiche
S: Iced protein mocha latte
L: Pork stroganoff (meat/sauce only)
S: handful of trail mix
D: beef fajitas w/ poblano peppers/onions/MJ cheese, 1/2 tortilla, few bites beans and guacamole, 4 chips and salsa
S: Banana protein pudding and 2 c popcorn
Vitamins: done
Water: 88 oz.
Exercise: 15 minutes on bike in morning and 100 sit ups
