Plateau Buster - Day 4
Good afternoon, Everyone!
Man...this PB diet is NOT easy!! Here are my stats for the day...
Weight - ??? (Not knowing this is almost as hard as the actual 'diet'.)
Breakfast: 1 egg/approx 2 TB shredded cheddar cheese
Snack: Blue Raspberry Swirl Profect VILE
Lunch: 1/2 Small Wendy's chili with shredded cheddar
Snack: Blue Raspberry Swirl Profect VILE
Dinner: 3 oz. Perdue Fit and Easy thin-sliced chicken breast with Montreal Chicken seasoning
Daily totals (Calories/Fat/Protein): 673/23/101 (thank God for FitDay! Otherwise I would never know this information!)
Water: Approximately 64 oz.
Vitamins: Done
Exercise: My gym night - I will walk 2 miles on the treadmill and do the weight machines. Approx. 45 minutes.
Six more days to go! Whoo hoo! My biggest challenge will be my trip to Hershey Park on Sunday. I should wear a clothespin on my nose the whole day so I do not smell the chocolate!
Hope everyone is having a great day!!
Love and hugs,
Jersey
My day 3~
Here is my stuff...
And I agree, Jersey... not knowing what I weigh is almost as tough as the diet itself!!!
Breakfast - egg & sausage (DS is loving this... I am cooking breakfast. No cold cereal)
Snack - Adkins shake
Lunch - slice of Pork Loin
Snack - Nectar... I think
Dinner - sm. chili w/ cheese
Water - done, and then some
Vitamins - half done
Exercise - not sure, but I will think of something.
The eating is not bothering me so much as not putting the other stuff in my mouth that comes out of habit from sitting at a desk in an office all day.
Jersey... I don't know, girl... I couldn't even look at chocolate without eating it... Good luck this weekend... Remember being thin and healthy is better than any of that chocolate will taste.
You are braver than I!
Have a good night!
Angela
Ok----- have fun at choc-o-rama!
If it makes you feel more virtuous---know that today I bought all the stuff to make a chocolate pecan pie (what am I thinking?---I'll give most of it away). Some of the choc mades its way into my chunky, grubby little paws!!!! hmmmmm?!?! how does that happen? how did I get to weigh nearly 300 lbs?!?! it's all a mystery.....nothing to do with baking......
love you, Jersey---you blonde bombshell
Cathy

OK, today is day 2 for me (jersey said I could start, yeah!!). Sorry I missed posting yesterday, but my DH was helping my DD with a project and they were on the computer all night. Anyway, the first day was pretty good. I did have some soy crisps, but the carb factor is very low and they have a decent amount of protein in them. Today has also gone fairly well. Here's today so far:
B--4 ****tail meatballs (strange, I know)
S--8 soy crisps
L--turkey roll up w/ cream cheese
S--AchievOne protein drink
D--5 ****tail meatballs
I will have a low carb, no sugar mini cheesecake for dessert (absolutely yummy made w/ splenda, eggs, FF & regular cream cheese).
Vitamins--still have a calcium to go
Water--not doing well today. yesterday I did awesome, but I'm really low today.
Exercise--went for a walk/run at the park
I have to say, it's nice to get to more of the basics. Even though it's been a bit of a struggle not to eat those good tasting carbs, it feels good to be feeding my body the right things. At this point, I'm feeling pretty good about doing 8 more days.
Thanks for letting me join the group!
