Tell me how you are doing with exercise, water intake and vitamins?

It's Wednesday and the week is half over with. So how are you doing with exercise, water and vitamins? Exercise: I jogged for three miles everyday this week so far. Water: Getting in about 6 to 7 bottles of water per day Vitamins: Staying on track with them I want to hear how are you doing this week? Karen S.

Hey Karen Vitamins: I'm staying on track Water: not doing very good. I was on track but I've been slippin lately. Exercise: I continue to walk everyday. I could walk further than what I do but I know it's just me being lazy. Congrats on you jogging 3 miles everyday That's great!!! Kay

Hi Kay, You're doing great with your vitamin and walking everyday! Water is always the hardest thing for me to accomplish everyday so I can understand how it's easy to slip. Yep the jogging is making me feel so much better and I sweat like a dog - ha ha - which is good for losing weight. Have a great day! Karen S.

Karen, I've done pretty good with both. I'm desperately trying to get to 199 by my birthday on the 26th. I think it will be a great present to myself. I have 6 1/2 more lbs. to go and I'll be there. I always take my vitamins and meds. Never miss them. I always get plenty of water. At least 8 cups, but normally 10-12 per day. I try to exercise 5-6 days a week, I usually skip maybe 1. I lift weights, walk, ride my recumbent bike, and do sit ups. Karla 337/206/150

good with vits-- so-so with water (I tend to coffee---don't give me a hard time, I beg ya !!!! exercise: 2/3---not too shabby I'm very impressed with the 3 mile run, sis! Cathy

Hey Karen Well, I get vitamins injected directly into my PICC line daily. So I don't have to worry about those. I am on TPN which is food fed through a line about 1100 calories daily. I am not getting much exercise right now because of my illness which worries me. I want a normal life again!! Hopefully soon I can go back to at least walking... Hugs, Julie

Karen: Since I have been on the plateau buster, I have been doing great with exercise, water and vitamins. Actually...good thing I read this post...I was running late and brought my vits with me...must take them now! Hopefully I can continue to be great with all three...because I am typically HORRIBLE with water intake (...and, well, not the best with exercise, either!). Have a great day! Jersey
