Hiya Ladies How's it going? Just another day for me. School, work then home to chill the rest of the evening! The weather is so beautiful. I wi**** would stay just like this. My menu~ B~ 1 Wheat toast w/ slice of cheese melted on top L~ 2 oz Grilled hamburger patty w/ onions and low carb bbq sauce S~ SF popsicle D~ 1 beef and cheese enchilada & 1/4 C. refried beans S~ Protein shake Protein~ 71 Vitamins: on track Water: low.. only 21 oz but I'm working on it now Exercise: one mile walk Have a great evening, Kay

Hi Kay, I'll fess up on my eating today! B AchievOne Vanilla Nut drink S PowerCrunch Bar L Ordered a shrimp louie and only ate part of the shrimp and a few bites of the salad. Kay, glad you had a nice day and nice weather. It's hot here again! I hope another cold front comes in soon. On the menu for today: B: ham w/ LF cream cheese and chives S: Protein shake L: 1 chicken enchilada S: handful of trail mix D: Pork stroganoff (made from last night's pork leftovers) S: Protein banana pudding Vitamins: done Water: 96 oz. Hi all. I got off work at 7:30 a.m. this morning and was sooooooooo tired! I didn't sleep well yesterday so I guess that's why. But I slept today, woke up for a bit then fell back to sleep. I was tired! But I finally got dressed and went to dinner with my boyfriends mom. I knew her before he was killed but now we're very close. We're actually kinda similar. But it's nice to have her around, and she really makes me feel better during my bad days. Anyhoo....here' what I had. It ain't that pretty! 12 a.m.- 1 c. cottage cheese, 1 c. sliced strawberries w/splenda 3:30 a.m.- 1/2 Atkins brownie bar...it was pretty nasty, then I had 4 saltines 6 a.m.- 3 graham crackers w/ 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter, carb & sugar control yogurt 1:30 p.m.- Mighty Milk choc. protein drink....yum! 1/2 hr. later 1 oz. RF cheese and 5 RF Town House crackers 5 p.m.- a hell of alot of pretzel goldfish...they must be abolished from my house!!! But I eat them w/ cheese when I'm being good 8:30 p.m.- 1/2 cornish hen, about 3/4 c. of salad w/bacon drsg from Applebee's....it was sooo good! I have the other half of my meal for lunch tomorrow! Oh yeah...had some protein hot chocolate made w/FF CC milk while typing :drink: Exercise: no motivation Vitamins: done Fluids: 72 oz. April

I. NEED. TO. GET. BACK. ON. TRACK. Here it is... B: Protein Latte L: 7 oz Fage 2% yogurt S: personal packet of fire roasted peanuts S: about 1/2 small banana D: Grilled chicken, few bites of ceasar salad, a few oz. of tomato soup S: sliver of strawberry pie when that pie is gone, I will be happy. Apparently, I have no self control as of late.
