Plateau Buster - Day 3
Wow! Slow day on the board...
Here is my menu for today:
Breakfast - 1 egg/little bit of shredded cheddar
Snack - Profect Vial (GAG)
Lunch - Grilled chicken patty with 1 slice of American cheese
Snack - Profect Vial (Mega-Gag)
Dinner - Probably 2 scrambled eggs
Vitamins - DONE
Water- about halfway done
Exercise - Free weights and cardio (not my night at the gym). Approx. 1/2 hour.
My totals for the day will be approximately...
Calories: 826
Fat: 43 (this is high, yes??)
Protein: 101

my totals so far
3 eggs,
2 string cheese
the lunch special wich was a philly samich, I ordered it with no bread so it was meat, provalone and onions, mushrooms and green pepers. mmmm
fit day say 116 grams of protien but that sounds generouse. still high sodium but you need to choose your battles.
plenty of water and vitamins!!!!!!!!
Did I mention the 5 cheetos? Shh dont tell!!!

I'm a day behind you gals... but I'll keep us together, so there aren't a ton of PB threads.
Breakfast- 1 egg & 1 sausage patty
Snack - Atkins shake
Lunch - 2 slices of pork loin
Snack - 2 light cheese sticks
Dinner - small chili with shredded cheddar
Vitamins - forgot
Water - done
Exercise - 1/2 hour walk
