Ebay question

I finally got all my big clothes out of the closet and most of the stuff is new or in really good shape so I decided to try and sale them on ebay. This is my first time doing this so right now I'm just reading over everything on ebay. Do you have to give your debit card number AND your checking account number? I know this is so they can charge you to sale but why do they need both? If and when we do make a sale, does the money go to our account or pay pal? I hope I don't sound dumb asking questions but I have no clue. So if you have sold on ebay before, let me know the deal Thanks kay

The reason they need your numbers is so they can know it is really you. They will deposit money in your account and then ask you how much went in....It is usually like 12 cents or something silly like that. They do put the sale minus what you owe into your paypal account and then you can withdrawl it. I hope that makes cents to you.... ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Go for it Kay I've already made over $500 and I still have so much more to post. I am amazed every day. I have even had people bid on things more than I paid for them in the first place. So it does work. Ebay does take their share and if you use PayPal they also get a little bit each time your buyer pays with them but it is definately the way to go. You get your money much quicker through PayPal so I would recommend it. Good luck! Ronna

Thanks Ronna! I just finish putting my first item on there. It was a lot easier than I thought it was. I also signed up for pay pal. Kay

Hi Kay I am a silver powerseller on ebay, and have been since I became a SAHM (stay at home mom) 5 years ago. My business has really grown, and I pay taxes, have an accountant and a warehouse now. I will be happy to help you in any way I can. You can email me at [email protected] or check out my seller ID bridgetok. I also have a link to my sales in my OH profile. I have been very successful and would love to help you too. But it's too much info for a post. Email me! Bridget

You have mail!! I have worked hard to give my stuff to organizations that support the professional development of women. But they all say they are 'full' and I cant get rid of quality suits, blouses, sweater sets and such. How disappointing. So...show me the money!!! Thanks and hugs, Tiffany
