Day 1...
I know today is day 2 but let me report on day 1 first...
This is hard!!!
I'm a bit of a snacker, so my meals are not defined. So I will just my totals for the day.
Total of 3 eggs fried in pam with onion. mmmm
1 whole bag of beef nugets from wal-mart. tereyaki flavor. mmm
5 ounces of sliced roast beef.
2 string cheese pacs.
Vitamins good but its hard to measure my water, I use a big cup and keep adding to it as the day progresses, but I'm sure I had plenty, I about floated out of my office!!

my sodium is out of controll!!! any advice is apreciated.

I think there is benefit to snacking, its fuel for the body when we need it. I get hungry every few hours.
I am trying to be PB but not 100%...
B: cottage cheese with lentils
S: chili from the cafeteria, I ate beef!!!
L: went back for more chili. With cheese this time. YUM!!
S: profect
D: the rest of the chili with cheese and then the rest of my lentils with cheese
S: cheese with a flat bread cracker (hence my statement that I am not 100% PB!!)
