Hi ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I stayed home all day doing homework, cleaning up and washing clothes. Then decided to play on Ebay for a while. My menu~ B~ Protein Shake S~ SF Popsicle L~ Ham & Cheese roll up dipped in a dab of mustard S~ 8 oz Protein Coffee D~ 1 beef enchilada and 1/4 C. Refried beans Vitamins: on track Exercise: 1.5 mile walk Water: 36 oz so far Have a great evening, Kay

Hi Kay! Sounds like you had a relaxing day... there must have been something in the air today because I was lazy too... Went to work a few hours late and then was very low key all day. What I have had today (not perfect, but DEFINATELY better then yesterday) B: sliver of strawberry rhubarb pie, 2 hours later had 7 oz Fage 2% yogurt L: 3 oz Lemmon Pepper Tuna, 6 ritz crackers D: 1/2 mission carb balance tortilla with 1 slice RF cheese and a bit of fajita chicken strips (not breaded) Plan to have some sort of protein drink later Fluids: could be better... maybe by nights end I will hit 60oz Vits: eek, going to take them now Exercise: Nope

Hi ladies. Today was alright day...could've been better. I need to plan better for when I'm gonna be out of the house for a long period of time. That's when the carb monster comes into play. But here's what I had...I worked overnight: 12 a.m.- 2 oz. tuna salad on 1/2 whole wheat english muffin w/1 slice cheese on top....viola! Tuna melt! 4:30 a.m.- protein hot chocolate 23g protein 6:45 a.m.- Luna Bar....the smores kind 9:00 a.m.- 10 soy crisps and 6 saltines...the carb monster attacks! 10:30 a.m.- mint chocolate protein shake 32 g protein 6 p.m.- Lean cuisine meal...ate the whole thing. It really wasn't that much 9:30 p.m. 4 cucumber slices w/lite ranch drsg. Exercise: Vitamins: almost done Fluids: 92 oz. April

Hey Kay I did a little bit of housework today too, got tired and DH finished it up when he got home from work! I had some refried beans with cheese from Taco Bell today for lunch just about 4 teaspoon fulls. It stayed down and that is a start for me. I tried some mashed taters for dinner but they came back up and started me vomiting so nothing else for tonight. I'm just taking it day by day!! Know that I am lurking around here reading posts even though I don't always post and I think of you daily, Kay!! Julie

Hey Kay. It's now Wednesday when I have time to post. Here's what's on the menu: B: 1 slice ww bread w/ 1 1/2 pieces sausage and cheddar cheese, toasted S: Protein shake L: Beef and cheese enchilada S: popcorn at ball game D: few bites of pork chop and 2 Tbsp. mashed potatoes (meat hung up) S: Protein banana pudding vitamins: done Water: 88 oz.
