Starting PB Today??? Post here... Day One
Well, I'm starting PB today... I don't really think I am on a plateau... but I need to focus on what I am eating and drinking, and take control of what I am trying to do here. I have some pretty major things coming up at the end of this month and I want to be feeling and looking my best.
I weighed in this morning at 214.8
So, Day One... here is what is "planned"
Breakfast - 1 egg, 1/2 sausage patty, 1/2 oz american cheese
Mid Morning - 2 sticks of string cheese
Lunch - more egg and sausage? or carb control yogurt?
Afternoon - ??
Dinner - Chicken breast
Protien - 1 can Atkins vanilla
- 1 scoop Nectar Very Cherry
Vitamins - 1/2 way there
Water - working on it
Exercise - will do some walking sometime today...
So, I am not good at "recording" all of this stuff... but I am certainly going to try, and I am going to be completely honest with everything I do or don't do... The only one I will hurt is myself.
I'm still a little scared about not touching the scale for 10 days... I might have to hide it so I won't be tempted.
I hope you other girls are off to a good start...

I like you don't think I am stuck on a plataue, but the weight is coming off SO SLOWLY now. I have only lost one pound in the last two weeks. After reading your post, I have decided to join you and start today. I really need to get my eating and food choices in check and back on track. It is going to be hard to stay off the scale for 10 whole days! I will have to have my daughter hide it from me! My weight this morning was 152.5 lbs.
B: 1 oz of cheese, 1/4 egg (leftover from my son's breakfast)
L: protein drink with milk

Congratulations on starting! I am just one day ahead of you so we are pretty much in the long haul together!
I have a confession...I went a little awry during lunch because our team was taken out to a sushi bar...but I will post my menu under a separate post...

I also started yesterday but I will join you as well. I am not on a plateau but I am losing so slowly due to the fact that if I am not on a "diet" I am out of control. Today I have had:
B-decaf
L-4 oz sirloin (Boston Market)
S-cheese stick
D-grilled chiken
S-scrambled egg
I also had sugar free popsicles
