Plateau Buster - Day 1
Hiya!
Well, I almost made it through Day 1!
I ate the following:
Breakfast - 1 egg with 1 slice of cheese
Snack - Fruit Punch Profect Vial
Lunch - 3 oz. roast beef
Snack - Raspberry Profect Vial
Dinner - 3 oz. lentils
Totals:
Calories - 925
Fat - 33
Protein - 106!!
Water - 64 ounces
Vitamins - Done!
Exercise - I am going to run up and down the stairs for 15 minutes now (it is my husband's night at the gym...not mine). And then I will do some free weights for 15 minutes).
