Good evening ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Nothing too exciting going on in my neck of the woods today. After school we had some running around to do then came home to chill. My menu~ B~ 4 oz strawberry yogart L~ 1/4 c. chicken and broccoli and 1/4 c. shrimp fried rice.. S~ SF popsicle D~ Protein Coffee .. tummy still upset from lunch Vitamins: on track Exercise: none Water: 54 oz so far Have a good evening, Kay

I'm having a good day today: Here's my menu: Breakfast 1C lowfat cottage cheese and 1C green grapes Lunch: 1C Hoods CC Milk mixed with a packet of Pro-Pudding, Chocolate of course Dinner: 1/2 Blackened Grouper Fillet and 1/2 C fresh green beans (we went out to dinner yesterday and I ate the salad at dinner and brought home my entre, and I still have 1/2 a piece of grouper for tomorrow ) It's also from my favorite resturant, Bob Chin's Crabhouse For snack later I will have a Dannon Lite & Fit Crave Control Vanilla Yogurt - by the way, if you haven't tried these they are really good and also come in strawberry and peach.

Today's been kinda boring with food...I need some new ideas. Nothing tastes appealing. B: 1 1/2 slice turkey breast and 1/3c cottage cheese S: profect L: salad bar in cafeteria....egg whites, red onion, strawberry, peas, little bit of lettuce all with a dollop of LF ranch and a dollop of balsamic vinagrette dressings S: luna bar, the new blueberry one D: some chicken I made last night, ruined by sauce that tastes way too salty. It was not good last night and it was not good tonite. Will likely have some lentil soup in awhile. 2 litres of water so far and all the vitamins.

Today was a busy day. Work all day, come home a little while, and Athletic Boosters tonight. I just got home. On the menu: B: sausage quiche (crustless) S: 1/4 c trail mix S: New Whey protein vial L: 2 Tbsp. chicken salad and a few SB whole wheat crackers, then a few BBQ soy chips D: 1 chicken enchilada and a few green beans S: protein banana pudding - SF Vitamins: done Water: 96 oz. Exercise: 100 sit ups and 20 minutes on bike this morning Karla 337/207/150

Hi everyone. I need to start posting my menu again because I've been all over the place with my weight for the past month. It's time for me to get in gear now. Here's what I had today: B- 1 egg w/cheese scrambled, 1 med. size lite sausage, 1/2 english muffin w/lite butter S- protein coffee 34 g protein L- 1 c. cottage cheese, 1/4 c. sliced strawberries, handful pretzel goldfish D- 3 oz.steak w/ A1 sauce, 2 tbsp green beans S- Carb & Sugar Control yogurt, 3 graham crackers Exercise: 1 hour at STEP class Vitamins: check Fluids: 88 oz. April

I had: B. 1/2 cup oatmeal L. some taco saled meat 1/2 to 1/4 cup (not to great) s. handful of nuts, piece of cheese d. 1/2 up chopped saled, few bites of baked speghetti (sp) s. Cheesestick Good on water and vits, drnking my isopure now HAVE A GREAT EVENING TORI

Oh boy... *takes deep breath*... here it is... the good, the BAD, and the UGLY... B: Protein Latte L: 1/2 C. LF Cottage Cheese, 1/2 fresh pear and then it all went to $h*t... S: 1/4 c. trail mix (no chocolate) D: 1/4 c. turkey chili no-beans S: handful of m&m's S: 1/2 of a large blueberry muffin top S: small slice of strawberry rhubarb pie S: small crepe with butter and cinammon sugar Well, there you have it... I don't know what came over me last night after work. Eeek!
