What's on YOUR Sunday's Menu?

Hey Kay. We went to Sunday school, Walmart, and then were home by 1:15. We cooked 2 big pans of enchiladas, some to freeze for dinner. My son made stuffed jalapenos, and we worked on driver's ed for a while. It's been a busy day!
On the menu:
B: piece of egg/sausage quiche
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
L: Soy chips w/ guacamole and LF Ranch dip and a 1/4 trail mix
D: 1/2 stuffed jalapeno, 1/2 chicken enchilada, 1/2 beef/cheese enchilada
S: protein banana pudding
Vitamins: done
Water: 80 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: 100 sit ups and 20 minutes on bike

Hi there,
Its been awhile so here's my post...
B: 1/2 c cottage cheese with 1/3 c refried pinto beans
L: whey shake with chai tea and silk vanilla soy milk - my 35g protein whopper!!
S: leftover lamb from last night with a pinch of shredded cheese and 1/2 flatbread cracker with slice of cheese
D: cooking now....chicken breast with spicy tomato sauce and cheese, some parm cheese on top
I love cheese but have been good about cutting back.

b: few shredded wheat and yogurt
l: 2oz chicken fw bites stuffing
s: Popcorn & beef jerky
d: 2 oz pork chops & couple bites stuffing & couple bites brocoli W/ cheese
s: Popcorn
So much for the no carbs, I am going to try not to eat the carbs during the week and a few on the weekend..
Drinking my isopure now and ok on water
