Thanks for posting! I do miss this regular post... so I am glad you are back! Today was ok... then I got home from work and was ravenous B: Iced Protien Cappuccino L: 7 oz Fage 2% yogurt... I ate it slowly D: 1/2 c. turkey no bean chili, 1 slice RF cheese, a few soy chips... threw up some of it... I just ate too much too fast. S: handful of homemade gronola, viactive calcium, FF NSA Fudgcilce F: attempted to have another Nectar coffe, this time warm... gross. Only drank 1/2 TOTALS Cals~ 700 Fat~ 20 Carbs~ 50 Protein~ 80 I rounded the cals/fat/carbs up because I am not sure how much was in the gronola.

I had B: 1/2 cup oatmeal L: 1/2 cup saled w/chicken in it S: cheese stick D: 2 oz chicken 1/4 chopped saled S: 3 bites chicken,3 bites saled I also had a few sugar free candies in between, do you think that is a bad habit ? Still working on my ISOPURE got my water and vits in TORI

Everyone's opinion on SF candy is different. My nut says they are ok in moderation. Just remember some of them have lots of carbs in them. So I'm sure it's ok to have them sometimes as long as you don't eat the entire bag like I use to do Kay

Hi Tori! I gotta have some sweets somewhere lol! I'm sure the SF and NSA treats are fine as long as you don't make them your entire food intake for the day lol
