What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
Hey ladies
I know I'm really early with posting this but I have a lot of running around to do. I wanna make sure it gets posted so here I am.
Everyone please come and share your menu's for the day so others can see what your eating, how much and how often. I have read some of the past posts since I was gone and I see that I am not the only one struggling with eating. I'm going back to my 3 meals a day with 2 protein shakes or 6 small meals.

Hey special Kay!
Here's what I've eaten and will eat:
B: Banana/OJ/Vanilla protein shake
S: 1/4 trail mix
L: Low Carb King Ranch Casserole
S: 1/2 100 calorie pkg Doritos (gave my son other 1/2)
D: fajitas at a fundraiser we're going to
S: protein pudding or cottage cheese
Vitamins: In
Water: 84 oz. so far
Exercise: 20 minutes on bike this morning

Hi Kay~
I eat WAYYYYY different than I used to......check this out:
2am: 24oz coffee sweetened with splenda and REG creamer
B: Pure Protein Strawberry Shortcake protein bar
L: eggbeaters followed by a protein shake 30 mins later
S: 8 mini pretzels w/ 1/2 teaspoon PB
S: 1/4 of a roll with margarine
D: salad with croutons
