Results of back to basics....
Today I got up at 6:30 and ran to the scales...Funny last year I hid from them but now I run to them. Who would've ever thought that? Anyway I weighed in at 160 pounds. I lost 5 pounds in the last 10days after following very strictly to the back to basics plan. I can not say I am not slightly disappointed as that would be a lie. I am still happy though. I am glad I did it. I gained a better understanding of why they say drink alot of water as it did regulate my constipation problem and for that I am happy! I will continue to try and eat the good stuff and keep up my exercise and water/fluid intake. Thanks for everyone's support..
