I'm back
My computer had a makeover and wasn't as bad as we thought it was. I have been going through major withdrawls!
I hope everyone is doing ok. I'm doing GREAT! This past two weeks I have done horrible with food. Not really bad choices but just snacking instead of eating a full meal like I usually do. It's so crazy how much my "what did you eat" post kept me on track. When I wanted to mess up, I thought about posting my menu for everyone to see so it kept me focused. Yesterday was the worst. Yogart
hand full of cashews
beef jerky
few cheese cubes
2 SF popsicles
protein shake
spoonfull of collard greens
I've been doing this for off and on since I've been away so tomorrow I'm getting back to my real meals and posting menu's. The good news is that I weight 247 lbs. now. Totally amazing to me!!

Welcome back. Just wanted to say that some theories say doing what you posted is the way to loose and keep the weight off. 6 small meals pretty much. All good choices. That is the way I eat on the road, just add a cup of chili at the end of the day and no popsicles, they don't stay frozen without a freezer.
Read down some, we are all in crisis here, well some anyway. Been a busy day for this board, sort of.
