Ok, I got out the measuring tape
I decided to do this a week early. Got out the book. I am down 5 lbs from the4th of the month, ok I guess. Just it came off the first week. Then out came the measuring tape. I did the usuall, not all the ones I should have started with so the total doesn't mean anything. But I was down as much as every month in some areas and more in others. Some had no change, but these areas are getting small anyway, not alot to go on them
CHest 36 -1/2 same as last few months
Bust 41 -1 More than normal
waist 34 Same as last month, but it is real small already
hips 40 -2 more than normal
legs 23 3/4 -1 1/4 more than normal
arm 12 no change, but that one has always been weird. Not sure if I choose a differnt place each time or I push the flab in different. Unreliable.
So I guess it is a pretty good month. I am still in 14s, really want to be in 12s or 10s, and I think I will make that. I actually have people saying they would like to see me stay where I am. Never heard that before in my life. But I need about 25 to 30 more gone. That isn't a normal weight, just one I think my body will like, and me too.
Kristi....I think you did awesome. It is hard not to get discouraged when the scales are moving slower but I also measure once a month and see a change there. It feels good. Congrats on the weight loss and inches lost. I know what you mean about people commenting on how you should stay the way you are. I want to lose atleast 30 more pounds and someone today told me I am too skinny. Yeah right!
