Final day of back to basics.....

I would like to start off by thanking every one who offered encouragement and I appretiate all the positive vibes... That being said tomorrow I get to weigh myself for the first time in 10 days and I will not say that I am not nervous because I am. I do know I did everything I possibly could to stay on the exact pb. I did not have one ounce or lick of anything not on the list so I guess it is what it is and I can not change that. Tomorrow I will be up early to weigh myself and hope I am not disappointed. B~32 ounces of coffee with 2 scoops of protein powder... S~ a teaspoon of Peanut butter L~2 scrabbled eggs with cheese S~2 slices low fat swiss cheese... D~6 shrimp and about 2 teaspoons of cottage cheese... S~isopure protein drink 40 gr of protein... Water~66 ounces other fluids 52 ounces Total~118 Vitamins in Exercise~1 1/2 miles Until tomorrow.... ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris
