Back to basics day 9!!!!Yipeee
Today is the 9th day of my back to basics and I feel great....
B~32 ounces of coffee with 2 scoops of protein poder 40 gr
S~ low fat cheese stick protein 9gr
L~2 scrambled eggs with cheese..Protein
D~7 medium shrimp approximate protein 20 gr
Isopure protein drink 40 gr
S~1 tsp peanut butter
1 sf popsicle....
Water 60 ounces....
other fluids...65
Total fluids 125 ounces
Protein at least 109gr...
Exercise: walked two miles...rearranged my living room and cleaned my house...

I miss my scales and can't wait until wednesday and hope..really hope I am not disappointed...
