Back to basics Day 6 & 7
Ok Again I have been really busy and did not have time to post my daily food diary so I will post both day 6 and day 7....
Yesterday...day 6....
B~ coffee with protein powder 40 gr protein
S~ low fast cheese stick..9 gr protein
L~ isopure protein drink 40 gr protein over several hours
D~ 5 shrimps 17 gr protein
Water 84 ounces
52 ounces of other fluids
total liquids: 136 ounces
Protein~106 gr
Exercise none
vitamins none
But you will be proud of me for this.....My daughter had a volleyball tournament today and I had to make cupcakes for her to sell....Funny and shocking thing is when frosting them I had frosting on my hands several times and never once licked my finger....I can not believe the willpower I have while doing this back to basics.....Hopefullyit will stay this way..

Congrats Chris you are almost done!! Good for you re the icing for the cupcakes-I went to a birthday party with my son yesterday and gave in to having a bite of the cake, my downfall before surgery was buttercream icing-ugh I wish I could have had more than a bite but I didnt so I am pretty proud that I was able to put the fork down after just a taste because before surgery I would have eaten a VERY LARGE piece for sure-good luck on your last couple of days I cant wait to see what you have lost : ) Lori
